Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Farmhouse in Söråker

Welcome to Lillhuset, our farmhouse in a quiet location centrally in Söråker. Here, you can stay comfortably, with space for 3–4 people. The sleeping areas are divided into a bedroom with a smaller double bed and single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Wifi and TV with Chromecast. Pets are welcome, 2 cats live on the property. EV charging stations are available; actual cost/consumption is charged according to the current electricity price. Go off the grid and spend some quality time in nature with your dear one, in the middle of a forest, with a magnificent view on the lake. The wigwam is 30m2 and has a 160x200 real bed with bedding and extra blankets. It is heated with a wood stove for fresh nights. You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake and the canoes, and free private sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent.
