Ice fishing equipment is available. In winter, the road is plowed down to the house if necessary and a winter-equipped car is a prerequisite for getting around smoothly.

If you want to go downhill, you can easily get to Vemdalan (45 min), Lofsdalen (75 min) & Funäsdalen (60 min) On weekends in winter, you also have the slopes in Hede with a lift that suits beginners/family. Two streets from the cabin you have starting point for cross country tracks (lit). Nice fishing opportunities all year round.

No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.
