Newly-built cottage with magical location at Svartåstjärn in Sweden's most beautiful village, Klövsjö. Outside the large window sections, you have the lake where you can fish all year round & swim in the summer. There are both grayling, trout, rainbow trout & whitefish all year round. Boat rental is available. If you want to go skiing, Klövsjö ski area is right across the lake (about 600-700 meters) or 900 meters by road. Cross-country trails are at the top and also below. New this year is a ski pass for SEK 395 in Klövsjö instead of SEK 629 as it costs in the rest of Vemdalen!

Welcome to this semi-detached house built in 2020 located on Klockarfjäll/Vemdalskalet. The house has good common areas where you can socialize. Windows and large balcony in southwest location overlooking the mountains where the sun shines from lunch to late afternoon/evening. The house is 60 sqm and has the amenities you could wish for with modern decor, sauna and fireplace. Activities are available outside the door, sledding hill, 3 minutes to the ski slope and to cross-country ski trails and 5-minute walk to après ski/restaurants in Skalpasset.

You have a private sauna and barbecue area on the plot. Hede, the resort where the cottage is located in, has most of the amenities; supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, etc.

Newly built (2023), architect-designed mountain apartment with ski in/ski out in the Kåvan area, Funäsdalen. Funäsparken with jumps and rails is right next door. Nice cross-country ski trails along Ljusnan and on Röstberget are within walking distance. Perfect location to discover the entire Funäsfjällen as the lift card for downhill skiing also includes Tänndalen and Ramundberget (which can be reached in 20 minutes by car). To Funäsdalen's shops and restaurants, it takes only a few minutes by car.

När det finns snö i terrängen är det möjligt att åka skidor till och från backen. Du hittar Storhogna spårcentral precis i närheten. Storhogna är välkänt för sina längdskidåkningsmöjligheter. Skoterleder finns också i området. Sommar, höst och vår, när skidbacken är stängd, finns storslagna naturupplevelser och mängder av aktiviteter i närheten.
