Only 30 meters down to the lake where you will find a private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue area/grill and boat for fishing and swimming. In winter, there are often nice cross-country trails on the lake. Grocery store and gas station 2 minutes by car from the cottage.

The slopes, Lill-ramis, Lanthandeln, Restaurants and the cross-country trails are within walking distance. The nearest lift is about 200 meters away. If you visit the apartment in the summer, there are hiking trails and biking trails in close distance. Ramundberget also offers down hill riding with mountain biking as well as a golf course. Ljusnan where you can take a refreshing swim is about 200 meters from the apartment.

Incredibly nice to swim and shower down by the boathouse + sauna. Boat with motor is available for rent if you want to go fishing. Here is the place to “recharge”.. On our farm there are horses, mountain cows, Gotland sheep, chickens and ducks. There is an option to buy fresh eggs on the day. Bedlinen and towels to rent

TV, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, and fully equipped kitchen. No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.
