A warm welcome to a really cozy mountain cabin with sauna + charging station for electric car. Wonderful views of the lake and mountains! Here you live quietly and peacefully, about 10 minutes from Björnrike and about 15 minutes from Vemdalen village. Cross-country skiing and snowmobiling a stone's throw from the property. Only 30 meters down to the lake where you will find a private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue area/grill and boat for fishing and swimming. In winter, there are often nice cross-country trails on the lake. Grocery store and gas station 2 minutes by car from the cottage.

The cozy log cabin consists of two houses with kitchen and shower/toilet in each house. WiFi via fiber cable and parking by the house. Cross-country and snowmobile trails are accessible from the cottage. 5 km to the nearest ski slope. Good fishing. Beautiful view of the mountain Blåstöten, south-facing balcony. Rowing boat 700 meters from the cottage, shared with any guests in the guest house. Possible to rent the houses separately (6+4 beds) or the entire cottage (10 beds). This listing is for the main cottage with 6 beds. Sheets, towels and cleaning are provided by the tenant.

Newly-built cottage with magical location at Svartåstjärn in Sweden's most beautiful village, Klövsjö. Outside the large window sections, you have the lake where you can fish all year round & swim in the summer. There are both grayling, trout, rainbow trout & whitefish all year round. Boat rental is available. If you want to go skiing, Klövsjö ski area is right across the lake (about 600-700 meters) or 900 meters by road. Cross-country trails are at the top and also below. New this year is a ski pass for SEK 395 in Klövsjö instead of SEK 629 as it costs in the rest of Vemdalen!

In summer, you can hike directly out on the mountain or take a ride with the boat and fish. In winter, there is a Nordic Ski center with direct access from the cabin with wonderful tours in the mountains or go downhill in Freeride Paradise in Tänndalen, just 3 km away

A stone's throw from the cottage is the mountain pasture with a troll path and fishing path for the younger ones. Large trampoline. Several barbecue areas and a large barbecue hut. Fäbodvallen is surrounded by a cozy stream and a river.

Sommartid är området fantastiskt för vandring, cykling, fiske, golf etc. Hus på 210 kvm med fem stora sovrum, två vardagsrum, tre badrum samt en stor relax med bastu i fjällutsikt. Obs! Under skollov, v 7-10+jullov kommer stugan endast hyras ut helveckor (sön-sön).
