On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sauna room, and in the attic there are two bedrooms and an anteroom (total 105 m2). Parking and a covered barbecue with a terrace are provided. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, so it is ideal for nature lovers, hunters and fishermen. Nearby is the Opeka Arboretum and the Vindija Cave.

There is a sauna (no extra charge), a wooden wellness tub (hot or cold water, heating at an extra charge), parking, Wi-Fi, terrace/gazebo and barbecue. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. THE HOT TUB IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER!

The apartment is located in a residential building, on the second floor. About 15 minutes walk to the center of Varaždin.
