Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bercy, Paris

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaut’s place during our 3 nights in Paris. Thibaut was a wonderful host - he was very responsive, and he proactively reached out to advise us areas to avoid on the night of the soccer champions league final in Paris. (The area of the property is fine.) We were not aware of the game at all so that real time local knowledge was super helpful and made us feel safe knowing that someone is watching out for us. The property looks exactly like the photos in the listing. I enjoyed the view of the beautiful Parisian houses from the windows every day. Paris was in the high 70s/low 80s during our stay but it wasnt too much of an issue as Paris cools down at night and fans were provided. There is no elevator but the stairs were manageable and not a problem for us. One last thing - we were able to walk to many places from this property location. The Sunday (and Thursday) market at the Bastille Market was just a couple of blocks away!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

We had the best stay here! The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location was excellent and we absolutely loved the balcony. Highly suggest for anyone staying in Paris

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

Great apartment in perfect location We had a wonderful stay in a large and bright apartment with a great view. The location couldn't be better – right by the subway, which made it easy to get around the city. Despite the central location, it was completely quiet, with no noise from traffic or city life. We arrived by car and easily found a well-functioning underground parking nearby. All in all, a great experience – we'd love to come again!

Absolutely amaaazing! Alexis was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and personally welcomed us when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. I’m usually a little hesitant to choose an Airbnb over a hotel, but this stay completely exceeded our expectations. great stay in a "cozy" rental with everything you need to spend a few days there. Metro , small shops and nice restaurants nearby, 10 minutes from the Accor ARENA - Bercy, which allowed us to walk there for our concert! the welcome on site was very nice, thank you Kevin; and the exchanges with Eve for the last details about our arrival, welcome. thank you so much for their availability and kindness. i look forward to coming back to your home. We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

It was a very nice clean place with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, you have several shopping options close by. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

A lovely stay. This place is absolutely huge with the added bonus of a 'sun trap' courtyard. Fredericque was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. Location was perfect, close to the Metro if you want to explore Paris.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.
