Area renowned for its bars and restaurants, dynamic and very commercial, very well connected by transport (metro lines 1,2,6,8,9 and RER A, 3 buses). Aligre Market nearby.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 minutes away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it's a lively, inhabited place.

It is an old "maid's room" that can only accommodate one person. Perfect for someone who wants to enjoy the city for a short stay. You have to be athletic! It's on the 7th floor without elevator access. There is a shower but the toilet is on the landing (respectful neighbors).

Close to Bois de Vincennes, Coulée Verte and the banks of the Seine (10 minutes).
