The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The building is a former paper warehouse of a printing house and very nice to look at. There is a lot of light and despite the downtown location it is nice and quiet inside. From the centrally located place, you can quickly reach all the important places in the city. The RedBull Arena and the Quarterback Arena can be reached in minutes by tram, while every lake is 20 minutes away. The house is located in the second row and has a small garden. A conservatory for sunbathing and relaxing is also included.

Our accommodation is located in Gohlis Süd with optimal transport connections to the center, zoo and Messe Leipzig. The spacious, elaborately renovated, bright three-room apartment is located on the 1st floor in a Gründerzeit - townhouse with stylish furniture, high stucco ceilings, massive oak floors, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, big beds, well equipped kitchen, as well as covered balcony overlooking our garden. It is ideal for couples, families and for business travelers.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.
