Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

Great accommodation. The photos do not do the apartment justice. It is roomy, meticulously maintained and extremely well equipped. Communication with Chris and Juan before and during the stay was good. The communal areas are very spotless and local amenities are all within waling distance. Would definitely return and recommend.

Lucia's apartment more than met the advertised standards. It is a spacious, bright apartment with an unbeatable location. It is 3 steps away from the best entertainment spots, both restaurants and bars. Not noisy at all and the owner is very attentive. As a criticism, I would extend the checkout time a little. Denia is a perfect place to have a few drinks after dinner and the next day you have to get up early to check out, it's hard. However, we will repeat!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

The location is excellent and the penthouse is wonderful, just as it was in the photos and descriptions. We really liked it, we will definitely return if we come to Denia again.

Sara's home was amazing!! Stunning views, easy access to the beach and Altea casco antiguo - which is also stunning!! You will not be disappointed! My only suggestion is to change out the primary bedroom mattress. It is very uncomfortable, in my opinion, unless you enjoy a hard mattress. There is a parking space but the garage is very tight. We rented a car - they gave us a Subaru Forester and one night we could not park in the garage due to how other cars were parked. Our car was too large. If you come with a smaller one you will be fine.

The stay at Teresa's villa was a real pleasure - located in a very nice and quiet area, with a spacious and well-kept garden where our dog could play, as it is pet friendly. The house is very clean, very comfortable and cool thanks to the impeccable air conditioning. We will definitely repeat, 100% recommended.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place to stay where we felt right at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. The amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We will be happy to come back.

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Really clean, spacious, fab location and extremely well equipped. The cooking facilites were absolutely great, the washing machine and the supply of washing liquid was much apprechiated. We were staying for a cycling trip and having been in the area twice before, this was by far the best location. The supermarket is just a 15 mins walk away and there is even a lovely back route to take you there. It was great having access to a pool too. The small bar in the square at Lliber also does great food (Fri and Sat evenings). All in all a great stay and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.
