The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. I really enjoyed staying here and I extended another 2 nights. The apartment is beautiful and very clean and presentable. The grounds were very maintained and clean and they were perfect for holiday photos. There was a paddle court and gym on site. The pool was also lovely and maintained regularly with plenty of sun loungers. There is a supermarket at the end of the road and the beach is a 5/10 minute walk away. Lots of beautiful bars and restaurants in Calpe, it was really relaxing and peaceful if that’s the vibe you’re after. The hosts were very fast with communication and I can’t fault them. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

The stay was wonderful, a very quiet area and a 15 minute drive to the beach, from the terrace there are stunning views. Míchel and Elena are very friendly, I recommend the accommodation 100%.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Fantastic family stay with lots of memories made. Location was perfect, very peaceful with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Accommodation was perfect for our large family, adults and kids all loved it. Andres was a very attentive host, very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for peace and tranquility.

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

We've stayed with three marriages, with small children and everything's great. The perfect common and individual spaces, as well as the spaciousness of the garden, the heated pool gives a lot of play, although in Easter, the 26 degrees falls short, you would have to climb it a little. The ideal cleanliness and the Villa has everything you need in terms of home furnishings and appliances. The only thing that would improve is the furniture, since both the sofas and the wedding mattresses are quite worn and sink and for us the rest is very important. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay of three nights at Raul's apartment in Xàbia. Communication beforehand and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deck chairs, which you could easily take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: The sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with direct views of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all – perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

The apartment was in perfect condition, impeccable, very comfortable and with everything you need. We also loved the area of the accommodation, next to the beach and close to supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. and all kinds of restaurants. The host was attentive at all times and provided all the amenities during the stay, highly recommended, I would definitely repeat! 10 out of 10.

I am really very satisfied with everything. The apartment house is perfect for me. The location is ideal, okay. If you are without a car, you have to be in good shape. The house is decorated with very stylish taste - every detail is simply beautiful+functional. The terrace is beautiful and comfortable - fantastic views. This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.
