I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

We've had a fantastic few days. The house is just as shown in the photos. It has a very nice decoration, it was spotless and the terrace has beautiful views. It has everything necessary to have a super comfortable stay. It's a super quiet and pleasant area. Also, the pool was in perfect condition. Anna was available at all times, was very nice to us and gave us very useful local recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Amazing accommodation, perfect for 2 people with everything you need. The location is ideal, you have a beautiful cove 2 min walk, restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes away. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting and spending a few relaxing days. And Natalia is very kind, she helped us a lot during our stay by giving us all the directions and recommendations. She was very friendly and understanding It's been a pleasure to be here, and we'll definitely repeat :)

Staying at José Manuel's house was an incredible experience. From the first moment, he made me feel at home: warm, attentive and always making sure that I didn't need anything. He has that gift of hospitality that makes you feel comfortable effortlessly, and he is also a great conversationalist, always willing to share, but also respecting spaces. The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

We felt very comfortable in Isidro's apartment! The beautiful decor, the cozy beds, the great rooms and not least the beautiful roof terrace made the stay very special. The location is very quiet and the authentic town is especially beautiful. Isidro is very nice and accommodating! The communication with him was great! Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

This is a fantastic location with great privacy, and with great views of the coast. Roadside parking is convenient and was safe. The host was fantastic and very helpful in settling us in. Property is very clean, all amenities are in perfect condition. It is a short, convenient drive to the town to get everything we need! Note: There are quite a few stairs to get to the property.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

I would recommend this place without a second thought, Carmen was very kind and responsive. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very well located. It's a favorite for us. Thank you Carmen for this fabulous Airbnb.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

We stayed for the month of May apartment was perfect in every way amazing balcony and views Only a few of minutes, walk to the beach and a couple of minutes to the port Sarah was an amazing host and couldn’t do enough for us when we was booking. We asked if there was a safe. she said there wasn’t but had one fitted. and it was perfect for our passports and small laptop. Although the apartment was very safe and we felt very secure there.we will definitely be going back again. Tony&Sue
