Vacation rentals with a patio in Benevento

Silvio was very responsive and kind. the apartment was clean and the washer was a huge bonus. It is in a very vibrant and noisy area - lots of nightlife. May not be the best location for light sleepers or small children, but it provided a really unique experience. Tons of food and bars close by. We loved our time there and would stay again!

El piso de arriba es muy bonito. La terraza nos ha gustado mucho: se pueden ver las estrellas y la luna, es muy relajante sentarse allí por la noche y oír el canto de los grillos. Los niños se han encontrado muy a gusto: el jardín y la piscina han sido ideales para ellos. El perro también ha podido disfrutar de espacios verdes, sin obligación de llevar correa. Silvio ha sido en todo momento encantador, a pesar del bullicio de los niños y ladridos ocasionales de Bruma. ¡Gracias Silvio! :-)

3박 4일동안 내 집처럼 편안하게 잘 지낼 수 있었어요 ! 무엇보다 호스트분께서 응답도 빠르고 중간중간 불편한 것이 없는지 계속 체크해주시고 ,, 제 집마냥 딥슬립해서 하루를 날리는 날도 있었어요 ㅎㅎ 감사합니다 !!

Great location, can walk everywhere!!!!! Amazing panoramic views on the balcony, perfect spot in Napoli!!!

Nice place, great host. There were only two minor concerns: 1. Far from Naples city center - even by car using the toll highway, the trip takes about 40 minutes. 2. The towels were only 99% clean - after washing my face and drying it, I found someone else's hair on my face. But despite that, I had a wonderful weekend. Thank you, Angelo, for your hospitality, openness, and willingness to help a guest and suggest local attractions and places to eat and relax))

Good place to stay before flying out the next day. Very close to the airport. 10 minutes taxi ride. The apartment is clean and tidy. The kid bedroom does not AC. The apartmenr is located near and intersection so lots of traffic noise at night when we stayed. Neithbor has a barking dog that barked almost all night.

Dario was the most helpful and kindest host so far during our time throughout Italy. He is very responsive and goes above and beyond. He gave us so many recommendations and the recommended restaurants and caffe’s were great! We did have a slight hiccup when arriving as the cleaning lady had locked the Airbnb keys in the room. Thankfully Dario got back to us and gave us the code for the backup key. He was even so kind and provided us breakfast the next day to make up for this hiccup. The Airbnb itself is stunning, clean, and the most gorgeous view especially at sunrise. Please keep in mind there are several flights of stairs and no elevator, but I promise you it is worth it for the balcony view and to build your cardio lol over all I would stay with Dario again if I’m ever in Napoli!

Passamos uma semana muito tranquila e silenciosa na acomodação da Maria e do Roberto, cozinha completa os quartos confortáveis e amplos c armários, os móveis no jardim p deixar bem confortável nossa estadia e ainda mais no clima agradável q estava fazendo Tudo que solicitamos foi atendido e ainda ganhamos um vinho Recomendo com certeza a acomodação deles! Foi tudo otimo

Le logement étais très propre , Biagio est très sympathique et réactif à toute heure . Proche des commerces, restaurant à 15 min de la plage 15 min de Naples centre . Je recommande ce logement une vrai expérience .

Appartamento fedele alla descrizione, Host reattiva e disponibile per qualunque necessità, zona tranquilla e riservata.. consiglio vivamente per chi vuole girare anche i dintorni 👍🏻

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und es gab alles was man brauchte. Mit dem Bus war man in 35 min in der Innnestadt und in Fußnähe befand sich eine super Bäckerei mit Mega Preisen und leckeren Speisen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Und ich würde das AirBnB wieder buchen.

Gaetano e Luisa foram muito gentis ao nos receber, ele os deu instruções claras e úteis da casa e arredores. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e ficamos confortavelmente acomodados, a casa oferece muitas comodidades e tem uma cozinha bastante completa. O bairro é tranquilo e fomos bem acolhidos no mercado próximo, e minha mãe na igreja que fica na praça bem em frente à casa.O deslocamento em carro até Pompéia foi descomplicado, e menos de 20 minutos com ajuda do gps chegamos ao sítio arqueológico sem dificuldades.

Magnifique appartement presque les pieds dans l'eau. Une magnifique terrasse avec une vue sur le Vésuve. Bacoli est une charmante petite ville à 35-40 minutes de bus de Naples. Gennaro est très réactif et l'accès au logement a été parfait. Un magnifique séjour de 3 nuits.

Super gemütlich, tolle Terrassen, Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Einziger negativer Punkt : unter/neben dem Haus ( im Berg) ist ein Bahntunnel der manchmal ziemlich laut ist. Ebenfalls ist die Einflugschneise nach Neapel direkt über dem Haus. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.

There was confusion with check in, but i am sure it was just unlucky misscommunication.Other than that the terrace and the location are amazing

지금까지 이용해 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 좋았어요. 호스트인 Corrado는 매우 친절한 사람이였어요. 그는 우리를 약속장소에 마중나와 숙소까지 친절하게 안내해 주었어요. 숙소는 3층이라 엘레베이터가 없는데 그가 우리의 무거운 캐리어를 들어주었습니다. 그리고 집을 하나하나 매우 친절하게 안내해 주었으며, 웰컴 와인과 필요한 물도 제공해 주었어요. 그리고 그는 나폴리 가이드 및 숙소 내에서 필요한 것들을 편하게 물어보라고 친절하게 알려주었어요. 나가는 날에도 그는 우리가 말한 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 나중나와 주었고 우리의 짐을 들어주었어요. Corrado는 우리가 정말 나폴리에서 행복한 기억을 만들고 갔으면 하는 것 같아요. 그의 친절함과 따스함은 우리 마음에 계속 남을 것이며, 덕분에 나폴리에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 갈 수 있었습니다.

Ubytování bylo skvělé. Moderní a překvapivě dobře odhlučněné. Pozor, je blízko rušné silnice, což nám nevadilo. Rádi jsme byli mezi místními. Raffaele byla přátelská, pozor, komunikace pouze italsky. Bylo uklizeno, krásně čisté prostředí. Klimatizační jednotky v obou místnostech. Krásně prostorná terasa. Auto bezpečně zaparkováno za bránou. Pouze chyběla moka konvička 😇.

We had a brilliant time at Luca’s place! Communication before we arrived was excellent, and he kindly helped arrange a taxi from the airport. Check in was easy and the apartment is very spacious and quiet, and looks just like the photos. It had everything we needed, and the pizza place down the road was delicious and great value. The balconies are brilliant, a perfect place to wind down with a glass of wine as the sun sets - I’d highly recommend! We enjoyed spending time with Luca and learning about Naples - hopefully see you again soon!

Alberto è una persona per bene ,ma non ha un buon rapporto con la messaggeria 😀😀,la casa è molto bella soprattutto nuova e arredata di buon gusto.Una camera da letto è perfetta l’altra riesce a ricavare una matrimoniale ma è consigliabile adibirla e letti singoli .la cucina è molto bella ed i bagni soprattutto uno è davvero di buon gusto

È stata un'esperienza stupenda conoscere un host come Giacomo, e posso dire di viaggiare abbastanza, ma ultimamente nessuno ti accoglie più, trovi solo lucchetti e codici da inserire! Giacomo è stato premuroso, fin dall'inizio, vedendo a prendere me e mio figlio in stazione! Ci ha accompagnati fino su, in casa, illustrandoci tutto! Ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo, tanta frutta fresca e diverse cose per la colazione! La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, con una cura e un gusto non scontato! Ho trascorso 5 giorni in serenità e in piena comodità! Non mancava, NIENTE!!! È stato tutto perfetto dall'inizio alla fine, quando il signor Gaetano, papà di Giacomo si è reso disponibile ad accompagnarci in stazione, per il nostro rientro, regalandoci anche una leccornia! Era tanto che non venivo curata così da un host!!!! Complimenti ancora...Un abbraccio a presto Paola e Rocco

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

Excellent place, Stefano was very responsive and helpful! The location of the place was fantastic, very easy to get into Naples centre. Vomero itself has many restaurants and shops. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a convenient,clean and spacious airbnb close to the heart of Naples!
