The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

We rent a small vacation home on the property of an approx. 300-year-old farm. You rent a fully furnished cottage with approx. 60 square meters of living space, which is divided into 2 floors: On the first floor, there is an entrance area, kitchen, dining area and bathroom (toilet, shower). On the 2nd floor is a large living & sleeping area with a tiled stove that can be put into operation. In the living area there is a satellite TV & free Wi-Fi. Small garden + terrace

The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. A complete farmhouse for you alone? Do you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and go hiking? Then the Bio-Gmaiserhof is just right for you! A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.

Lehner Castle

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
