Amazing Backyard, Very Cozy Home, Very Clean, Nice Decorations, and Easy To Follow Instructions. We had a great time relaxing here and felt right at home. It was also a bonus we were able to bring our dog. He had plenty of room to run, play, and relax as well. Would highly recommend.

The house was spotless and exactly as described. Damion was incredibly welcoming and made check-in easy. A comfortable and pleasant stay—highly recommend!

Our stay was exceptional and the views truly breathtaking!!! The home was pristine and geared to spending quality time together as a family, which we appreciated greatly. We traveled with our son and his family. The 4yr old twins, loved spending time outdoors and in the private beach area. They even had a large container available to them filled with an assortment of items which they used to build sand castles with their parents. Communication with our host was outstanding. It was evident they went through great care to make their home welcoming. Nothing was needed, but we knew they were but a call away. There was plenty of information in a binder available to guests with an array of eateries. Being in the medical field cleanliness is key… and this definitely was vacation ready. So make your plans, pack your bags. It won’t disappoint.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

My husband, our dogs, and I just returned home after spending a month at Sarah's house on Long Island. we truly didn't want to leave, it was so relaxing! The lousy May weather notwithstanding, the property was absolutely perfect for us. Everything was as described and we felt right at home. Sarah was super proactive/responsive. While we were only able to use the pool a couple of times (weather), it was great and the spa was awesome, especially in the evening under the pretty lights in the backyard! There were great spaces to work (hubby didn't have the full month off like I did) and to just chill. The house is located near many conveniences (I'm looking at you, Walmart) to pick up necessities and while we didn't cook for ourselves quite a bit, we were thrilled that unlike at home, the food delivery services were fast, reliable, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature! we can't say enough good things about our stay and will definitely be returning!

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.

We really enjoyed staying here!!! The apartment was spotless and private. There is your own backyard with a fire pit and lights in the backyard that make it so serene. Plenty of closet space and drawers to put your clothes in. We felt so at home and it was so peaceful! There is a Keurig with really unique coffee flavors to try....The bed is very comfortable. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb's. I am so glad we found it. The hosts were available via text and made sure our stay was amazing. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Def an ideal place to getaway.

I really enjoyed myself on this brief stay and would gladly stay again the next time I’m on Long Island. Everything was positive, from my communication with Edward, to their flexibility when I overslept, to the comfort of the bed. Highly recommended if you’re on Long Island and don’t feel like staying at a hotel.

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

We had two family events to attend during our stay. Erica was so helpful in getting back to me about the original availability of the apartment! It was a perfect place to relax sleep! Everything was clean and wonderful snacks! It made a great oasis to return to each day! Thanks for all of your attention to details! We appreciated Erica’s quick response during our stay! We loved Jamie’s place. The location is PERFECT (right on the edge of downtown Sayville), and has convenient parking, too. Instructions to get in were waiting in our inbox as soon as we got off the plane. Super convenient to Islip airport. The space is immaculate. Perfectly clean, everything looks new and is imperfect working order. Well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessities. The AC is a STRONG unit. When it comes on - it’s ON! If You’re a light sleeper you might notice, but it didn’t bother us at all. Internet was fast and strong throughout the flat (although it’s not that big, of course). The friends we were visiting loved it so much they’re going to start recommending it to all their guests!

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. Ok first I want to start with a thank you to Leslie! My fellow AirBnBabies my own stupidity I accidentally booked with Leslie for the following day and what I was restring for wasn’t available for that night I needed so I went ahead and called Leslie and ooohhh emmm geeee she held it down hooked it up and blessed me with her RV and that was my first time staying in one too and don’t think that it would be uncomfortable staying in one. To be honest the inside of her RV is wayyyy nicer than majority of AirBnB’s. The yard was so quaint and peaceful and what I thought was going to become a nightmare especially after the days I was having leading up to it Leslie ok with refunding my “non-refundable” payment even on my own stupidity and I just needed something for the night and she pulled that off for me. Do not question staying at one of her AirBnB’s do itttttt Leslie is sooooo amazing. Again from the bottom of my heart thank you so much again!! Next time I need a AirBnB I’m coming back! Xo

We really enjoyed staying at Patrick’s place. It was private, quiet & close to our family. He had thoughtfully supplied many kitchen supplies, dishes & everything we needed for our stay. Very organized & had many spaces to keep our things . Very comfortable apartment & smelled clean & fresh. Even had a small vacuum we could use to clean up tracked in leaves & dirt. We were there for a week & enjoyed having a stress free place to unwind!

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

The residence was exactly what I wanted. It was in a neighborhood that I grew up in. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were more than I expected. Tara was very friendly and reasonable. Her expectations we reasonable and Tara was so kind. i hope to do it again.

Very nice location, quiet, yet central . House was well stocked and Aaron was prompt with communication. I had to modify my itinerary and Aaron was very accommodating.

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

it was a great stay house was homey nice and clean quiet perfect for a weekend getaway or Any getaway easy to commute with lots of things to do in the area and downtown was festive for the time of year I will deff recommend this place

We had a great time at Adam’s place! The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to Sag Harbor, which made it super convenient.
