Monthly Rentals in Bellosguardo

We returned to this apartment because we had such a great experience last year. Not much had changed (except a comfy new recliner/couch that we loved) - it is still clean, bright and spacious. The location is quiet and away from the throngs of people on the other side of the Arno. Jorgelina and Patrizia are superb hosts. They are responsive and available for any needed information. We highly recommend without hesitation!

There was a bit of hammering at the neighbors going on during our stay. I’m not sure Sonia could have done anything. It’s just that all three cities we stayed, we had loud construction next door or across the street.

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. Daniela met us and was so flexible in communications. The apartment was exactly as described and in a quieter part of town but within walking distance of everything that Florence has to offer. Very close by are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants - many of which we enjoyed visiting. The bed was really comfortable and it was a bonus to have the washing machine and outside clothes line to dry things off - with added lovely jasmine scent from the beautiful bushes below.

Fantastic home from home for 5 weeks for the two of us. Elisa has created a wonderful living space. We loved it & could easily have stayed longer. Elisa kept in touch in case we needed anything. On a quiet street 10 mins south of the Arno, we always felt safe. Close to supermarkets, buses, restaurants, bars, Boboli Gdns, Pitti Palace. A 25 min walk to SMN stazione for day trips e.g. Rome/Bologna/Pisa. Walking distance to all the sights. Great kitchen equipment (we cooked & ate in several times). A big bedroom has a big dbl bed, 2 dbl wardrobes & lots of hanger & drawer space. Each room has a good air-con unit. The private outside area was a key reason we booked & we weren't disappointed. It's overlooked by surrounding balconies (its Florence :-) ) but we rarely saw anyone and it gets lots of sun. A large sun umbrella helps if it gets too hot. We spent a lot of time here. A small utility room for the washing machine. Thank you, Elisa. You will always be our first choice.
