A very cozy, authentic Paris apartment. Beautiful wooden floors and tasteful furniture. Location is perfect, next to the metro, with windows facing a quiet backyard. Jean Louis and Nacera were very helpful and communicative.

Adrien’s place was perfect for our 3 nights in Paris. A modern, private and clean apartment - beautifully furnished and a good use of space. It was cosy and has everything you could possibly need. Adrien was very responsive and when we managed to lock ourselves out - kindly dropped everything to help us and find a solution. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, for a quieter stay away from the chaos but still surrounded by amazing coffee, restaurants and local spots. We loved the personality of the place and felt right at home!

Albin was a great host, very easy to reach out to and always responsive. He provided great recommendations and I would recommend to stay at his place to anyone, the location is great to experience local restaurants, cafes and bars.

Glenn is a 10-star host and his apartment is amazing. We had a wonderful time from start to finish and can very highly recommend this pied a terre for anyone visiting Paris. Thank you, Glenn!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

A very beautiful apartment with charm located in our favorite neighborhood. The apartment is very spacious and there was everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was to your satisfaction. Guillaume is very nice and accommodating. We are happy to come back.

Very nice and large space, nicely furnished and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And super that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lights).

Beautifully designed apartment, a real little "cocoon" in the middle of the hectic big city. An attentive neighbor who was available for check-in and checkout. I'd love to come back!

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Stunning apartment and garden, located on a very pretty street in a great area. The apartment had everything, with beautiful furniture and furnishings and very well equipped. The garden was a lovely peaceful spot to relax in. Julien was very friendly, polite and helpful and great to communicate with. Would definitely return to the apartment, it was fantastic! Really great accommodation from Alexandre, it's a very nice cottage in a very quiet neighborhood, and when you want to go to the center of Paris you are there in 20 minutes! I highly recommend it!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

This is a very nice and cozy house, if you see the same photos, the lighting and ventilation are great, Eleonore is a very kind host, who will kindly remind us that if the room is too hot, we can open the window and ventilate in advance (because the temperature just rose to 29 degrees when we went) And it also provides an electric fan and hair dryer. My husband and I had a great stay here❤️

Alamanda is very friendly, responds quickly, and is always attentive! It's a little far from downtown Paris, but it's connected by train and subway, very easy

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Siam and Morgane were great hosts, since we arrived in the city early they were accommodating, letting us drop our bags off early before check in. The place was nice, beds pretty comfy. It had everything that we needed for a short stay. And was super nice that it had two bedrooms! Note: it was very hot in Paris (30+) so the flat was quite warm, especially at night. They kindly provided cooling machines that did help! Good to know: while the location is well connected, very close to the metro - it’s also not the nicest area near the station either. The flat itself is in a court yard and set back from the street so luckily it was not noisy!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
