Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Belleville, Paris

Marianne greeted us with coffee and strawberries. We were 2 hours late due to trains not working, and she helped us and was very gracious. The apartment is an eclectic artistic Parisian style and was clean and very comfortable. The metro is less than 10 min walk with easy access to all sites of Paris. We would recommend this apartment for a lovely stay in Paris .

Maybe the best Airbnb I've ever rented. You feel so good there! 5 stars for the unobstructed view and large bay windows.

this is a wonderful apartment! olivier was kind, helpful and very responsive. i would absolutely stay here again. it's in the cutest neighborhood with great restaurants. it's very accessible to get anywhere by train/ bus, and a quiet, beautiful (not touristy) part of the city.

We have stayed at Maxime's apartment two times now, and we cannot say enough good things about the space and Maxime. The bed is comfortable, there is plenty of space to spread out and lounge, and the new kitchen appliances are a nice touch. Maxime has an extensive collection of books, movies, games and more. But, the weather was beautiful during our trip so we spent the majority of our time outside of the apartment. Maxime is very quick to respond, and the check-in process was easy to figure out. This is our favorite neighborhood in Paris, with lots of delicious bakeries, bars, and markets nearby. We hope to return a third time!

This apartment is in a fabulous neighbourhood and very well appointed and equipped. Paul was very helpful with late check out and with recommendations for restaurants etc. the place was very clean and spacious, with the upstairs deck/terrace a special treat. Stunning view of Sacre Couer.

This place is absolutely incredible! All around! Great location, close to 2 metro stations. Great walkable area with parks nearby. Great eating places literally steps away from the place! Loved every bit of this experience! And being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the windows was an absolute treat the entire time!

Claire was so nice and helpful upon check-in. She offered recommendations and left us a bottle of champagne. She also let us check in early with our bags. Her apartment is just as beautiful as the photos. Everything about it is old, charming, kind of quirky, and we loved that so much. I felt like I was living in a still life painting or an old French movie. As for the area, there is so much to do, lots of restaurants, cool vintage markets on the weekend, and very easy access to multiple modes of transportation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Éric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. Very convenient. and Eric is really nice. Thank you so much.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was super easy to communicate and the apartment was perfect for 3 people having a nice long weekend getaway. The balcony is a nice extra with a nice view. the area has amazing restaurants and bars and you have several options how to explore the city from there. Definitely recommend to stay in this cozy apartment.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked out great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available 24/7 for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
