Loft vacation rentals in Belleville, Paris

Wir waren 06.25 dort und es war super! Das Loft ist sehr geeignet wenn man Haustiere dabei hat (wir 2x Katzen). Anreise mit dem KFZ war auch kein Problem & konnten in der Zufahrt parken um gemütlich ein- oder ausladen. Im Hof vor dem Loft konnten wir unseren Tag in Paris wunderbar ausglingen lassen. Kleiner Tipp, wer am Abend einen Aperol Spritz etc. ... haben möchte, dass Restaurant "Le Muguet" diregt neben dem Hauptzugang macht es möglich und man kann das Getränk zum Loft mitnehmen. Natürlich müssen die Gläser wieder abgegeben werden. Auch ist der Wirt sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und wir hatte das Gefühl das er genau weiß, wer da rein oder raus geht. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Sehr ruhig Lage und Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Lebensmittelläden ein Katzensprung. Metro nur 2. Minuten entfernt. Kleiner Anmerkung haben wir denoch. Die Bettmatratzen waren für unsere Verhältnisse sehr hart. Vielen Dank das wir bei Euch sein durften.

Great apartment in Le Marais! Perfect for one or two people - very small but charming. Erin was a very helpful host!

This place is excellent. Very unique loft, could not be a better location, beautiful large common room for family hangouts, lots of beds and nooks, quite unique. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The communication with Eric was outstanding and everything was great. I would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Our family had a great stay at Maria’s apartment. It was roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. Maria was a great host and very responsive to our questions. The area was beautiful, with many restaurants and close to the train station. As the listing mentions, you need to walk up many stairs, but the view from the apartment was worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Appartement ligt heel centraal, veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand en anders is de metro dichtbij. Winkeltjes en restaurantjes zijn om de hoek. De ruimte is klein, maar prima om voor een paar dagen in Parijs te verblijven. Gilian had vooraf een duidelijk ‘handboek’ gestuurd met heel veel informatie, dat heeft ons heel erg geholpen.

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Mädchen als Familie da und es war absolut toll in der Wohnung. Viele schöne Restaurants, Bus und Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. Trotz der aktiven Feierszene haben wir im Innenhof ganz angenehme und ruhige Nächte gehabt. Anne war sehr hilfsbereit mit Tipps zum Parken und hat sich nach unserer Ankunft erkundigt ob alles geklappt hat. Absolut empfehlenswert

Extremely good located apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. There are cool bars in the street and right behind the corner there is a great, 19th century restaurant where you can taste French cuisine Place des Vosges is just there, you have around 10-15 minutes of a nice walk to Hotel de Ville, Centre Pompidou or Les Halles, if you like to walk it is also very cool to walk to Latin Quarter from here :) Metro connections from Place de la Bastille are great, especially line 8 because of it’s route- in the same direction you can get to Opera or Invalides which is really cool, the line is actually a connection between the south east and south west of Paris. The apartment is quiet and interior is very nice, the bed is great which was very important to me as I used to walk 17-25km every day Bruno is easy going person, you can ask him for help or advice, and also he was kind enough to let me to put the luggage inside 4 hours before check in :) and 5 after check out

Jessica was exceptionally kind and responsive. The location was within a mile to everything to keep you busy for a week in Paris.

It’s never easy being in a foreign country but Ophélie was so responsive and helpful and made the living aspect of the trip a breeze. Any questions we had she was right there to help and also provided a fantastic list of recommendations! The space is self was equally fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a better host and living experience during our stay in Paris.

I would stay again and have already recommended to friends. A fantastic penthouse with excellent light and a super cool layout. The location was really quiet at nights & mornings too. The location was incredible: on the border of Le Marais has access to amazing eats without the noise. A 20 minute walk gets you to 1/3 of prime Paris.

We had a fantastic stay at this stylish flat! The space is modern and cozy, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, a comfy leather sofa, and tons of natural light from large windows. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the exposed brick adds character. The wooden staircase and herringbone floors give it a timeless feel. The host was super responsive. Absolutely recommended.

We absolutely LOVED Vero’s place! Location was amazing; excellent restaurants, patisserie and little grocer very close as well as Metro stops. The apartment was very well done with efficient use of space and everything we needed and then some. My only regret was not trying more of Vero’s fabulous recommendations. We hope to return for another stay!

Un îlot de tranquillité dans un quartier animé Les grandes fenêtres de cet appartement spacieux donnent sur une cour intérieure végétalisée, très calme. Sur le toit de la Chapelle adjacente roucoulent des pigeons et des oisillons gazouillent dans un nid bien caché. Dans les rues adjacentes, on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires et un bon choix de restaurants. Rue Riquet, le restaurant de grillades ne paie pas de mine, mais est très fréquenté : il propose un large choix de viandes fraiches et de légumes d’accompagnement, à des prix très avantageux (sur place et à emporter). La proximité du métro (Marx Dormoy, ligne 12) est aussi un avantage intéressant.

Bertrand and Thu-Tran were lovely and it was a pleasure and privilege to stay in their home. In fact, it was so pleasant, we just wanted to rest and relax more than getting out all over Paris. They were extremely responsive when there was an unexpected challenge at check-in and even texted me all kinds of suggestions for young children in the area- exhibitions I wouldn’t have known otherwise. We were traveling with our two small children (1 year old and 2.5 years old) and they immediately felt at home in the children’s playroom and made our stay absolutely wonderful as the kids managed their jet lag. The apartment was comfortable, child friendly with a lot of thoughtful details for parents of young children (like a baby gate in the upstairs loft and toys thoughtfully placed throughout the house). The apartment is also 30 seconds away from Buttes Chaumont, my favorite park in Paris. We had a lovely stay and even as we left, Thu-Tran’s mother helped watch the kids so we could get going!

We enjoyed staying Sindel's lovely modern apartment, that has everything you need. The apartment is well stocked with helpful touches like very good quality toiletries. The Bastille farmers market on Sundays and Thursdays is just a short walk down the street. Not only was the apartment great, but communication with Sindel was an absolute pleasure. She is an amazing host and made us feel welcomed. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend,
