Nice apartment, close to the metro, bakeries and grocery stores.

Clara has a very beautiful and cozy apartment. We felt right at home and would definately love to stay longer. Very parisian and stylish rooms with interesting design details, wooden floor and a really nice bathroom. All the important information and also some really nice recommendations provided in a carefully written info material. Absolutely recommending this place to the young couples who wants to enjoy Paris and Belleville neighbourhood. Merci beaucoup, Clara!

Having been to Paris a couple of times before, we felt comfortable staying in the outer arrondissements, and Pablo's place was great for us! Its location near to metro stops, local parks, groceries and restaurants was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment had everything promised, and it was very clean; the street outside is lively during the day, but quiets down nicely at night. Pablo let us drop our bags off early, while the place was still being cleaned, and walked us through the basics. We would highly recommend!

Manon is great, as is her apartment. Fantastic communication, sweet spot to stay, really nice location near the canal, near buttes chaumont. also really appreciate this listing on the ethical side, as this isn't an apartment taken off the housing market for short-term rentals: instead it is someone's well-cared-for primary residence that is occasionally rented out. I would definitely hope to stay again sometime!

Wir haben uns in dem Appartement von Helene sehr wohl gefühlt - es ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hell, außerdem hat Helene sehr umsichtig auf diverse Details geachtet, die man eventuell benötigen könnte (Schreibblock mit Stift, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Nespressokapseln,...) - merci! :) Das Appartement ist prinzipiell in einer eher ruhigeren und sympathischen Wohngegend gelegen, aber gleich bei einem kleinen Platz mit mehreren Bars/Bistros - aufgrund der Hitze waren deren Gastgärten gut gefüllt, d.h. es war erst nach Mitternacht ruhig genug, um schlafen zu können... Das Appartement hat keine Klimaanlage, d.h. es war dann schon recht warm, aber wenn darauf geachtet wird, dass die Vorhänge tagsüber zugezogen sind, ist es am Abend/Nacht erträglich. Metro, Boulangerie, Supermarkt, Lokale - alles innerhalb einiger Minuten erreichbar.

Un régal que ce séjour ! Tout y était au top : l'appartement (grand, spacieux, vivant), l'accueil (petit mot manuscrit en arrivant), les instructions d'arrivée (en autonomie mais précis), l'emplacement (et que dire de la vue !).

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ruben was very kind and responsive. He made sure to accommodate our every need. The location was amazing, could get everywhere with public transport.

A very cozy, authentic Paris apartment. Beautiful wooden floors and tasteful furniture. Location is perfect, next to the metro, with windows facing a quiet backyard. Jean Louis and Nacera were very helpful and communicative.

My bf and I stayed for 6 nights at Nam’s beautiful Parisian flat. Every detail was perfect and he was so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed in two other neighborhoods before (Marais & Montmarte) and liked this the best. It is well connected, charming, and not touristy. Coming home to Nam’s after a long day felt nice. Quiet, comfortable, and impeccably designed. Don’t hesitate to book.

What a lovely apartment! Cozy and filled with light from windows on both sides. The apartment was quiet and we slept soundly. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood is cute and close to buttes Chaumont which is such a beautiful park to explore.

Meine Kollegin und ich haben uns in dieser gemütlichen, ästhetisch ansprechenden Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und einladend. Obendrein ist sie in einem sehr hippen Quartier von Paris. Kann die Wohnung für einen kurzen Städte-Trip sehr empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Marais und in Zoes Appartement! Zoe war als Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber, absolut charmant und liegt perfekt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße mitten im wunderschönen Marais umgeben von tollen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Läden. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
