This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. AC upstairs. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

It's only a short walk to the Summit Golf Course & Shanty Town. You will have access to the beach club on Lake Bellaire and the Snowshoe outdoor pool. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.

Sommer's Retreat is a year round northwoods cabin nestled in the pines and surrounded by a 300 acre nature preserve. Our location is a short distance from the Jordan River Valley and within 20 minutes of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan, Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain Resorts, Glacial Hills, orchards and farm markets. The cabin is a spacious two story retreat that will sleep 6 in two bedrooms and a loft. Guests have access to cabin wifi.
