Many things to say, the apartment is very organized, clean and quiet, it is close to everything, the building employees are very kind and attentive, my host Luis Eduardo is the best, he always responds in a friendly way and is willing to solve everything with a good attitude, I would definitely stay in this space again on my next visit to Rep Dom.

Easily one of the best AirBNB's I have stayed at in Santo Domingo. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the listing on AirBNB. The bed was very comfortable. The televisions were big and were smart tv's which was a bonus. I was able to sign into Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. with no issues. The kitchen was fully stocked an adequate. The host even welcomed me with drinks and snacks which was really nice after the plane ride to SDQ! I had no issues during my entire stay except for one of my own in which I locked myself out of the safe. Josefina was very prompt in helping me resolve it. Whenever I had a question about the area or needed anything, the host was very quick to provide a response. The rooftop pool was wonderful along with the exercise facility.. just to name a few of the amenities. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again in the future. A+ rating if there were one available. Thanks again Josefina and I look forward to visiting again soon!

A very good apartment - modern, clean, easy to access, close to restaurants and Jeff accepts pets (we walked with the dog). Comfortable and with parking for the car.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

Very responsive and awesome host. Was greeted by his mom and another family member. Nicest family you would ever meet and I appreciate them letting me use their place. Great location as it's close to the colonial zone and Malecon areas. Will definitely use again.

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Great stay!

Honestly I am not the kind of person to give much reviews and I have done it its been fast and whatever. In this case I wanted to take my time because I really did like the way Sammantha responded to every question right away, made sure that I was conformable from my arrival till the day I left the apartment. In reference to the building and the apartment parking is great, felt secure and had everything was close including a "Colmado" grocery store right across the street. I will for sure be back on my next stay in DR!
