By far the best AIRBNB I have stayed at in Dominican Republic! Starting with the easy communication with Gabriel and Dabet who made sure our experience was unique to the clean apartment with beautiful decor, clean towels and sheets, fully equipped kitchen. I felt right at home. Restaurants are just a walk away. This unit is A1 on my list. Highly recommend !!

I had the honor of being able to stay at Jefferson's several times, his apartment is really exceptional, I recommend it.

I love the balcony view , pretty nice a morning coffee or breakfast, Samantha place is very good and convenient for Couples and single man , bed was ok for me . This place now it’s my top list for my single trip in DR .

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We had a few quirks with appliances after checking in but all of those concerns were addressed promptly the following morning. One of our guests left a sweater and their team was nice enough to coordinate with them to ship it back to New York. Amazing hospitality!!

Very large house faithful to the photos. Fernando is relaxed. He kindly accepted my dog, for which I thank him because it's not always easy here. Very good option for a long stay, there is a nice pool just for us. Carrefour and the National are a 10-minute walk, 20 minutes from the beautiful Mirador Park. Quiet and secure neighborhood. I slept really well. Several colmados within walking distance as well.
