Villa vacation rentals in Belize

This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

The Freebird House is a perfect tropical vacation dream. Seriously, I cannot exaggerate how wonderful this place was for us. It's like a secluded and peaceful resort that's all your own --- with a pool, a private palapa dock, kayaks, bikes, an outdoor bar, outdoor bathtub, hammocks, and more. The photos don't do it justice! You're on the lagoon, which is preferable to facing the Caribbean because it's protected from the wind and you get the sunsets to the west. You can kayak right from your private pier. To reach the Caribbean, just cross the road behind the house. The house itself is spacious and light and airy and has floor-to-ceiling windows in every room for epic views of the lagoon and the Maya Mountains beyond. The large veranda has tons of space to gather and soak up the breezes and views. The decor is relaxed beach style, but everything is modern, high-quality, and shiny-new. It's a 20-minute drive to Placencia town, but there are also some good restaurants a short walk away.

We absolutely loved stating at The Slow Loris. It was in the perfect location was an amazing view. We were a group of 8 adults and felt so comfortable and at home. On our day of arrival we were met by a concierge for a tour of the home and helpful information. The perfect vacation home we hope to stay in time and time again.

We had a wonderful stay! After a terrible experience at another Airbnb, we booked this one last minute, and they accommodated us within a few hours. The host and staff were friendly, offering great recommendations. The location is about a 40-minute golf cart ride from town, but during the day, Secret Beach is lively and a great place to relax. We spent most of our days there before heading into town at night. Overall, we felt safe and at peace. Would recommend!

Cornel’s place is perfect for a stay in Hopkins. Convenient to all the great restaurants and wonderful amenities. We hated leaving & would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about staying at Indigo/Paradise. The condo is more beautiful than pictured and great location right on the water. Beautiful pool and loved sitting on the balcony with 180 views of the beach/ocean. Indigo is close to Secret Beach which is a must see! A golf cart is highly recommended as most restaurants are just a 5-10 min ride away- or 25 mins into downtown San Pedro, where there are tons of great restaurants! Elvi’s kitchen, Maxie’s and Carramba’s- all great! Definitely loved booking excursions right through Indigo and the full day snorkel to Hol Chan Marine reserve/Caye Caulker was amazing! We loved everything and would love to come back. Aisha and Angel were extremely accommodating and wonderful to work with. Thanks so much again!

A great visit to Belize from start to finish. Sherry was great at quickly orienting us and Dino was always nice ferrying us across the back bay. The 4 br 4 BA was perfect for us, tons of room. House was clean and kitchen well equipped. Knee deep pool was all we needed to get wet and lounge in to cool off. Nice to have Coconut Cafe, lead by Chris, just 60 yards away for an easy, chill dinner with spectacular setting/views. Quick access to yet away from busy town at night. Would recommend to any and all.

We stayed for a week and loved the property. The single beds were replaced with a very comfortable full size bed with high quality linens. Well stocked kitchen, bottled water was also provided. Spacious workspace/dining room, comfortable seating and TV area and very stable/fast internet. The suite was very clean, spacious , with large screened windows, awesome views of the property and sea. I wasn't sure what to expect for the bathroom because the ad only mentioned an outside shower but there is an indoor 3 pc bathroom located just steps outside of the suite, that was a pleasant surprise for me. It was very clean. We enjoyed the deck spaces, wood/charcoal BBQ and covered parking was a bonus. Roberto was a fantastic host. I recommend his smoked chicken and fish, if you can get it. We hired him for a day of fishing, he was an awesome guide. He can also arrange a kayak rental, another bonus. I give Roberto and the property a 5 star rating. Great dogs as well. I hope to return.

Enjoyed our stay at whiskey run! The property is beautiful and the house is perfect for 2 couples. We were extremely comfortable.

We loved our stay at the Slow Loris. It was the best beach location I've ever found. The first night we were there we walked the short distance to The Flying Pig Restaurant/Bar and met the friendliest group of people who made us feel right at home and gave us great recommendations. Just another perk of staying at the Slow Loris Villa. Would highly recommend and would love to return there someday.

Sunrise Turtle beach house was a comfortable, well stocked house that felt like home. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything we needed. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of multiple resorts for food and pool use. Peaceful and still close enough to Placencia for an outing without having to be in the heart of all its activity 24/7. Zun, from Flowers Vacation Rental, was an extremely responsive and helpful host.

Fantastic host, we booked very last minute due to a cancelation from another location not only was her cabana open but she upgraded us free of charge to the cabana right by the pool. Had a great time just relaxing.

We had a very pleasurable stay at Breeze of Paradise. The host was communicative and responsive, and the house was what we expected. Having a pool was great for the kids, and watching the pelicans dive all day long just out front was wonderful entertainment. We loved the large kitchen for preparing meals, and all the rooms were very comfortable for our family. We also appreciated the location being somewhat further from the towns further south, but an easy drive in.

This place was a great opportunity to experience Belize from a local perspective. We came during Easter, which was a very lively party. During and especially after the festivities, Claudia‘s place felt like a home and refuge away from home. It was a beautiful space and super convenient. We were very impressed from our arrival to our departure. We will definitely be keeping this place at the top of our list for our next Belizean excursion!

Nellie’s place was perfect for our stay in San Pedro. Very central yet completely quiet and safe. Nice pool, direct access to the beach, dock and a great bar over the water. Hard to think of a better place to stay in SP.

Matthews place was perfect! Great location, easy to get around with a golf cart. The home is beautiful, well laid out. Pool was a hit and roof top patio was really cool! The view of the lagoon is beautiful from all areas of the house. We had everything that we needed. Terri is an incredible host! We were very well taken care of, Terri arranged tours, golf carts, ferry tickets, and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. Terri really made our time in San Pedro extra special! If you want to go on a snorkel trip or go fishing make sure you look up Captain Bigz! He was fantastic!

Our stay at playa villa was exactly as we hoped. Marilyn was very responsive and helpful. The location was quiet and private. If we needed anything it was just a text away. The one restaurant near us- Coconut Cafe - was very close and the food was great! Staff was amazing and prices were fair. The boat staff- Striker and Jaylen were awesome! Always right on time and super friendly. We went fishing and snorkeling a couple days and those trips didn’t disappoint. We loved our stay! The Belizean people are so warm and welcoming. We hope to be back

We had a great one night stay in unit #24! Beth gave us a free upgrade and it appeared we were the very first guests in this new unit! Beth and Johan gave us an early check in and also lots of tips for dinner and more. The beds were comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The setting was awesome on the water. We did not use the pool but the deck and view were really lovely. I would highly recommend this property and hosts! Thank you again!

Just got back from the best stay in Belize!!!! From beginning to end, each detail was taken care of by Kelin. We had the best experience and can't wait to come back. As a group of women who work hard to save to go on our annual girls trip to treat ourselves, this place hit all the marks! Starting my day off having coffee with amazing sunrises and relaxing sunsets with a glass of wine, my soul was restored. Thank you for an amazing family trip. We traveled with our teen and adult children. The house was perfect for all of us. We all had our own space but central areas allowed us to spend valuable time together. The house guide provided was a big bonus! All of the information we needed was right at our fingertips with recommendations to make travel a breeze. We arranged our activities with the team at Solaria. In the house massages were a delight! Daniel, the on site property manager, was one of the best parts of our trip. He was readily available on the daily to assist or prepare us for activities. We had our best snorkeling experience just in front of the home. No need to travel to the hot spots with crowds! We found our stay excellent and as fellow Airbnb owners, our standards are high. Thanks to the team for a great stay! We will certainly be back one day!

We absolutely recommend this place to everyone! The estate is beautiful and it was so nice to have a property to ourselves. It has wonderful updated amenities, really everything we needed was offered. They provided daily housekeeping which is a major plus being right on the beach with all the sand! The staff here is so friendly and very helpful. We loved being outside of the noisy town and spending time outdoors as a family! Terri the concierge truly made this trip memorable she knows the ins and outs of this island and had the best recommendations, everywhere we went we were amazed! The beach right out our front door was the best part about this trip we could walk ten steps and we were on the beach ready to swim and explore the Caribbean! We had a group of 14 that stayed the week, it was amazing! Place is clean, communication is superb and location ideal! I can’t say enough about this place!!

We didn’t expect the five star service we received at La Perla! They catered to our every request and made our vacation as seamless as possible from pickup at the dock right outside the villa for our excursions to a full menu from a private chef that we were able to eat right at home in the villa and enjoy our beautiful view on the deck. The ability to rent a golf cart was so nice and the people made the experience spectacular! Star was so responsive and Roberto was an amazing tour and excursion guide doing everything from diving and and exploring the cayes to arranging reef fishing and conch hunting, highly recommend!
