Access to sunny terraces through large sliding doors from both living room and kitchen. Spacious garden for play and fun. The property also has both a jacuzzi and a fireplace. Below the house there are possibilities for swimming. There are also two SUPs available as well as two kayaks for those who are fond of the water. Centrally located close to communication to Sandvika, Oslo and Drammen.

Welcome to a nice little house with lush apple orchard and patio, only 15 minutes by bus from Oslo city center. The house is completely newly renovated and modernly decorated with loft and a full 4 meter ceiling height. Here you can relax in pleasant surroundings both indoors and outdoors, and get a "cabin feeling" close to Oslo. There are floor heating cables, a large and cozy fireplace that heats and rainfall shower in the bathroom. Outside there is a plating and patio of over 20m2 with barbecue, fire pit, kitchen garden and outdoor lighting.

Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Our home is a modernized part of a 100 year old house, which is included in Norways preservation-listings. With its high ceilings and features of old elements, mixed with the new, it has a soulful and unique atmosphere. We are on the first floor and basement. It’s a 5 min walk from the subway, which will take you to downtown Oslo in 15-20 minutes. (15 minutes to Majorstua, where Vigelandsparken is) We have an annex with officespace and loungearea (with tv), and a trampoline.

Grocery store and deli on the island, several buy centers nearby and good transport to the Oslo Center. The house consists of two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with two beds in each room, and TV room with sofa bed for two, so total sleeping for 10 people.

There is no kitchen, but fridge, microwave, kettle and simple service with cutlery/cups/dishes. Bedroom has a double bed. There are room for three by taking advantage of the mattress in the living room - see photo. There is free street parking in the immediate vicinity.

Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 5, 9 og 13 år. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
