The apartment is quiet to unashamed to but short distance to everything . 20 sqm terrace with stunning views of the Oslo fjord, the apartment of 90 sqm is located on 2 floors in single-family home , the apartment is completely renovated in 2021. Short way to t track,bus,shops, beach etc. 10 min to Oslo city centre by car.. Owner of the house lives on 1 floor and there is a common entrance but its own hallway. Owner of the house has access to its own loft in the floor above the apartment. This means that the owner uses common stairwell. There is an Apple TV in the living room to sleep.

The apartment is furnished, has a new bathroom and kitchen, and is bright inside. There are windows on 2 sides; on the kitchen side there is a window where the morning sun comes and in the bedroom/living room since there is a window in bedrooms and double winged front door with full width glass where the sun is for about 20-21 in the summer. Free area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is 8 minutes walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Kitchen inside the dishwasher, air-frier, indoor plates, microwave, Nespresso machine, french press, and most things you need of kitchen equipment. Heating cables in the floor. Wireless WIFI and TV, incl. Netflix and HBO. Laundry as agreed. About 7 min walk to bus, and 13 min walk to grocery store, train (Lysaker st., Stabekk st.)

Cozy home at Jar.

Our home is a modernized part of a 100 year old house, which is included in Norways preservation-listings. With its high ceilings and features of old elements, mixed with the new, it has a soulful and unique atmosphere. We are on the first floor and basement. It’s a 5 min walk from the subway, which will take you to downtown Oslo in 15-20 minutes. (15 minutes to Majorstua, where Vigelandsparken is) We have an annex with officespace and loungearea (with tv), and a trampoline.

The Italian pizza oven gives you a real holiday feeling. The house is rural in a large garden. Very central with both bus and t track nearby. The swimming pool is available during the summer months. Charming, old-fashioned stabbur with floor area of about 30 sqm over two floors with bed space for 4 (one pulls out an extra bed under each bed pictured). In the old storage house/guesthouse you can find a fully furnished kitchen with oven, microwave and hotplates (electric and gas), dining table with seating for 4 and a small, simple bathroom with shower, toilet and toilet. Staying in Lilleakerveien with Irene was just perfect for me. Short distances everywhere, to the supermarket, to the public transport (buses and tram), nice little shops and a sugar-sweet café. Approximately 8 minutes' walk away is a great shopping center (CC Vest) with a very good selection and beautiful shops. The Lysakerelven river flows right by the house and invites you to cozy walks. You can easily get to the city of Oslo by tram in about 20 minutes. Restaurants are also on site. I didn't miss anything. You are in a beautiful suburban area of Oslo in the middle of paradisiacal nature with proximity to the city. Irene is available at any time, very helpful, incredibly nice and open-minded and has great tips. I'd come back any time. I liked it very much at Irene's and in Oslo.

Beautiful, well equipped, clean apartment, perfect for our one night stop off. Very quiet residential location. Host communication was great, very helpful and provided lots of recommendations of things to do and information about local travel.

The house is so great place for 3 ppl and there are ocean and park near the house. I highly recommend here :)
