The apartment is about 55 m2 and is furnished, has a new bathroom and kitchen, good with cabinets and is bright inside. There are windows on 2 sides; the kitchen has a window with morning sun and the bedroom/living room has a window where the sun is until about 8-9 pm in the summer. There is a double-leaf entrance door with glass in full width. Open area and forest are 100 meters away, an eldorado for adults and children in summer and winter. It is an 8-minute walk to the grocery store, and good communication to Oslo city center, Lysaker, Bekkestua, Sandvika etc.

This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

Good place also for families with older children/groups of up to four people, two of whom are mobile enough to use the stairs up to the sleeping loft. Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.
