This place is perfect for couples (large double bed 2 x 2 m), business travelers or small families with 1-2 children (sofa bed 1.40 x 1.90 m, baby cot). Dogs are welcome to travel with you.

Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

All amenities are under one roof. Feel like going out? The Rhine is just around the corner, and the forest and historic towns are within easy reach.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of a village with 762 inhabitants. The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

Small vacation home by the lake

The lake is located in Emmerich-Elten, directly on the Dutch border and is easily accessible via the A3. Two wooden cottages invite you to relax from everyday stress. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with upholstered furniture and satellite TV, several sleeping options, shower/toilet, terrace overlooking the lake, barbecue and jetty, you can relax and swim wonderfully. Fishing is not possible in the lake. The sauna garden can be booked on site.

The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.
