A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

A living room features a large stone fireplace with a wood burning stove as the focal point. Comfortable seating includes two checkered armchairs and a plush sofa. Warm decor is complemented by natural light filtering through a window dressed in light curtains.

Spacious holiday home ideally set up only for couples or individuals visiting or touring beautiful Northumberland. Prior to your holiday I can give you advice on beautiful places in Northumberland to visit. Previous guests reviews have appreciated this. Personal meet and greet hand over as oppose to a lock box . Fully equipped kitchen leads onto a large conservatory, which looks out onto and gives access to the private garden, ideal for you to relax in. The spacious lounge is also open plan.

Just 2Km from the beautiful South Beach and you can walk there along a pleasant footpath past Meggie's Burn, a small reservoir. A good base to explore the beautiful Northumberland coast.
