Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Dbl bedroom, lge lounge with sofabed children 2 max, wet room, kitchen. Tea/coffee provided. Air fry oven. WE ONLY ACCEPT 2 ADULTS Private patio area for guests, we back onto the RSPB, 5 mins Shuttleworth. Bedford 20 mins St Neots 10 mins MK 25 mins. Lovely walks. Train 5 mins walk. We do not accept pets as we have a 2 dogs. local shops have baker, butchers and several eating/takeaways, tesco and co-op. Lots of nice local walks .

To ensure the safety and security of our guests and property, we have CCTV cameras installed on the exterior of the house. These cameras are located at the front entrance and the back garden, covering outdoor access points and rear garden. No cameras are located inside the house.
