We love our little waterfront retreat. Here, the holiday atmosphere prevails year-round overlooking the water with boats, kayaks, sup and bathers summer and winter. For us, it's the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via a jetty. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 floors with its own entrance and a view of the bay and Risskov.

A small Tiny House/townhouse with access to terrace. The house is 45 sqm and has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, utility room, bathroom and toilet as well as a large loft with a large double bed and 1 single bed. It is possible, by agreement, to get another bed on the loft. TV with apps. Kitchen and bathroom from 2023. The house is 100 meters from the bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. Bus connection to Aarhus outside the door. Easy access to the E45 and Herning motorway. 5 minutes to Lyngbygaard golf and 5 minutes to Aarhus Aadal golf club.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving and relaxed hug. A free space from everyday life and the pace of city life. Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Here you will find beautiful nature in the backyard, but it is still only 15 minutes from Aarhus city center by car or 20 minutes by bike. This Airbnb has room for the whole family with two large bedrooms, a living room with dining table, two bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen overlooking the horse paddock. There is an adjoining exit to the enclosed terrace. However, there may be noise from the road.

Attractions: Close to the coast, close to Saksild beach and Hou Marina. 4 km to the center of Odder, 20 km to Aarhus (approx. 35 min. by light rail). 20 km to the Prison in Horsens (museum and cultural center). 10 km to Vilhelmsborg. 18 km to Skanderborg. 15 km to Mosegaard Museum. LEGOland and Djurs Sommerland are located approx. 1 hour drive from here. There are several places with the possibility of fishing nearby.

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

Countryside vacation apartment

Cozy 2nd-floor apartment on our farm, located in a rural setting. The property is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 highway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace where you can light a fire. There is room for four guests. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, and a gray cat that roams freely on the property. The dog and cat are not allowed in the apartment.
