Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The house is divided into two, and this part is 173 m2. Located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900 meters between both sides of the beach. High ceilings and lots of cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, starting right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants, and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST with a wine and coffee bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works are located in the Café. Incl. bed linen, towel and bath towel per person.

Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Guest accommodation in a modern, bright annex building on a large park-like property. The home is located in the village of Ajstrup in a scenic area just south of Aarhus. Close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking trails in the forests. Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. MOMU Viking Museum Moesgård is a neighbor.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving and relaxed hug. A free space from everyday life and the pace of city life. Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The house is located on a quiet residential street in a scenic area with lots of forest and a fantastic beach 2.5 km from the house. We also provide a bicycle. The house has 1 large bedroom with room for 3 people. A guest room with room for 1 person. 2 children's rooms. 2 bathrooms and a large lovely garden. Toyota Aygo is available for rent at an additional cost.

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the long views and the green surroundings. The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober.
