Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house, there are also 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Summer house in Mols Bjerge

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving, and casual hug. A free space from everyday life and the speed of city life. Here we can knock out with our arms, feel the sand between your toes, hear waves in our ears 24/7, go swimming and hiking by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. A gem with the opportunity for tranquility and immersion in the protected Sondrup. Beautiful views, dark night sky. Forest outside the door, hiking trails along Horsens fjord and to Trustrup lookout hills. 2 km to a small local beach and 15 km to the good east coast beaches at Saksild. Good local farm shops and exhibitors of handicrafts. 12 km to Odder with a movie theater, good restaurants and shopping. The home is best suited for two people - if you are not a family. Possibility to bring a horse.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober.
