Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

It is quietly centrally located, supermarkets and bakers as well as a forest are within walking distance. The apartment is about 70 m² and has a new spacious kitchen, dining area for four people, comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching TV, a bedroom with double bed and enough space for a child's extra bed. As well as a bathroom with shower.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.
