Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Idyllic apartment in the countryside. Great starting point for various bike tours around the Lower Rhine. Beautiful old manor house from 1870 has been lovingly restored and modernized where necessary. The apartment is on the ground floor. In summer you can enjoy the tranquility and atmosphere in the outdoor area. In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

In our lovingly prepared apartment in our extensively renovated farmhouse there is enough space for you! Whether you just want to get out into the countryside. The apartment is on the first floor on a street with a bike path. From here, you are about 3.5 km from downtown Goch.
