Family-friendly vacation rentals in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

This is one of those places where you get what you pay for: it is in a great location (convenient to train station; great views; above the promenade in the heart of old town); it is a great unit (very clean; all rooms were very spacious; and surprisingly really nice artwork throughout); and the host Jonathan was everything you would want (he was very responsive; provided clear instructions; and was very pleasant to communicate with). We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Viellefranche.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Philippe's cottage. We sadly ran into some travel issues that reduced our stay to just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating with our travel issues and allowed us to store our bags there past checkout - it was so helpful and very kind! Their daughter greeted us with some croissants and lavender when we arrived, which was a very thoughtful gesture after the stress of our flight. The area is so quiet and private, and the pool is lovely with great views. The location of the AirBnB is also great - Vence is a wonderful area that really transports you back in time. We also enjoyed saying hello to Macintosh and Prunelle! :) Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts - I would recommend to anyone!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Sylvie welcomed us very nicely although we were four hours late. We immediately felt comfortable in the very pretty garden, which was made and cared for with love. The apartment, which is very stylish and spiritually furnished, includes everything you need or could need. We gladly used the spa, especially in the blazing sun as it is in the house and offers a very nice view. A private parking space in the quiet private location complete the pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The independent accommodation is very well equipped and is located in the heights of Villefranche sur Mer. Beatrice and Bertrand welcomed us very warmly and did everything to facilitate our settling in. We enjoyed the tranquility of the garden and the comfort of the house. The best part is having 2 independent bedrooms with their bathrooms. We stayed there with German friends and we hope to be able to return with other friends.

The apartment is superb, as described, very well equipped, and the view from the terrace is absolutely sublime. The setting is exceptional, ideal for lovers of nature, hiking and tranquility. You have to love walking and climbing a little, but the scenery is breathtaking. No immediate shops, but everything is within walking distance (with a little cardio), by transport or by car. The nearby beaches are beautiful: remember to bring shoes for the pebbles! A very nice discovery. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is such a gem. It’s spacious and well-appointed with everything you could need for your stay. It would be very comfortable for a long term stay, too. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning perfect, and it’s a peaceful and private location. The apartment itself has so much personality and charm. Edith was incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Can’t recommend enough!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Dear Frederique and dear Olivier, we already miss your beautiful and characterful apartment! Eight days of Nice seemed to us for a long time, but were far too short. We would like to immerse ourselves in the exciting and friendly neighborhood and the amazing architecture of the city for much longer. And walking on the water, sitting on the beach with a glass of wine, enjoying the good food in small restaurants... Nice will definitely see us again and if we are lucky, also your apartment :) Thank you both for always fast and accurate communication and Olivier for picking up at the tram station, for the suitcase service in the stairwell(!!) and the bottle of rosé to welcome you. We had a lovely week staying here, the surroundings are beautiful and it was amazing to have access to the pool. Catherine was very friendly and accommodating, providing tips and even food when we arrived late. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay! The place was cozy, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. While there were quite a few stairs to climb, it was absolutely worth it. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of privacy. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a calm and charming spot.

We had a wonderful experience. The flat was centrally located in a beautiful square. Beach and Train station are within walking distance and the tram line has a station right outside the flat. The balcony was a nice perk, especially for AM lunch or PM drinks. Upstairs was a little tight, especially if you are 6+ feet, but I managed to get by ok. Nora (our point of contact) was lovely. She greeted us upon arrival and was very quick to respond. We had some issues with the espresso machine and Nora replaced the machine— extremely accommodating.

Odilie is very friendly and helpful, we arrived a little early and were able to drop off our suitcase and change and received the keys before the check-in time :) Thank you, we would love to come back :)

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a winderful night at this villa. The bost was an amazing women who let ys to be flexible for check-in and check-out. Warm welcoming with her family. At the end, a great green tea from the host ended our journey over there. Hope to see you and your amazing villa again !

This was our third time staying at Valerie’s house and we loved it as much as we did on our previous visits. Beautiful house, garden and the pool is wonderful. The villa is very well-equipped and clean and the communication is always prompt and helpful. We’ll be back next year!

Delphine made us feel right at home! We enjoyed eating breakfast in the beautiful cottage and swimming in the pool. The property was safe, secure, and quiet. Air conditioning is quite a rare amenity in the region. Excellent proximity to public transport made it an ideal jumping off point for exploring the Rivera!

How you imagine paradise, beautifully maintained garden & pool for beautiful quiet days/evenings on the terrace! Clean and really thought of all the details! Very friendly, accommodating and ideal hosts, we can recommend this place 100%!
