This is an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the French Riviera. The accommodation is clean, well equipped with a very friendly host.

Very cozy pool house in a great garden. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and were provided with numerous tips for things to do in the area. Overall a very relaxed stay and also absolutely positive to dogs.

Michelle and Jean Claude are super responsive in the event of problems. A breathtaking view. The pool is not too overcrowded which is rare during this time. We had a great week, I would recommend it.

ECO Review This place in absolute silence and untouched, wild nature is pure deceleration. The birds chirp, the donkeys on the neighboring property can be heard and seen and the squirrels can be well observed from the porch. We had a very relaxed, restful time here. We liked the very individual house, with many, exceptionally beautiful elements, very much. We slept wonderfully here and felt very comfortable overall. Despite the heat, there was always a shady spot around the house and the path to the refreshing l'Esteron is not far. Ray, Laurent's father, not only welcomed us very kindly, but also freed us from a self-inflicted predicament without hesitation and in a very uncomplicated way.

Adorable chalet on the grounds of the house in a quiet location not far from the centre of Biot. Unfortunately only got to see 1 of the 2 cats mentioned on the Airbnb listing. Tranquil location and a local Carrefour nearby with a large range of items. We had a car so can't comment on the public transport but a bus stop was right outside the drive down to the house. Marina and Pedro were so lovely and responded immediately to assist with anything we needed during a central crisis with the electricity in France and their sons were also equally lovely and helpful. Would definitely come to visit again ! ❤️

We had a short but great stay at Philippe and Jessica's. The two are super friendly and accommodating. The location of the cottage is in a beautiful location overlooking the mountains. There is free parking, but it is just under 4 minutes from the cabin and with heavy luggage the path is already exhausting. But for fit people, it's no problem. We can therefore recommend the accommodation in any case!

The accommodation is a comparatively spacious mobile home with a large terrace located on a campsite quite high up on the mountain. You have a great view over the bay, with the price that you have to cover a few meters in altitude if you want to go to the pool or to the store. For us and our children (7.5), the 10 min. walk (high) was no problem. The place was clean and very well equipped and the communication was great. The place (pool area, playground) is clean and quite new. Value for money is very good and we will be happy to come back!
