What a comfortable home in a beautiful setting with majestic oak trees in both front and back yards. You will enjoy the back patio and large yard with a lit tree and fire pit and even play corn hole with friends and family. The living room is large and open to the dining and kitchen areas. Johnson Oaks is fully equipped and ready for you to cook if desired. The bedrooms are all good size and both bathrooms have been updated with a comfy yet modern flair. This home is located in the Tillman's Corner area and right off Interstate 10 with plenty of restaurants and large box shopping. The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

It was designed by renowned architect Eric Moser and the interiors were done by an HGTV insider. It's minutes from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We'd love for you to come to our beloved little house, because anyone who adores a Gulf Coast barrier island is in our tribe. You can even bring your dog! There's a shady fenced yard for him to play in.
