A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. Located on the historic landing beaches, this recent single storey dwelling, attached to the owners' villa has a pleasant living room with fully equipped kitchen, real sofa bed in the living room and 2 spacious bedrooms. Outside, you have a private enclosed garden not overlooked, with a wooden terrace and furniture. Access to the owners' secure swimming pool heated from May to October (depending on the weather) and to the owners' hot tub from October to May

Charming Normandy house, renovated with a lot of taste. I really like the decoration, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is 15 minutes walking. A large, comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A billiard room is available upstairs.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
