Ons verblijf in Normandië was simpelweg geweldig. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom dankzij Sonia, een geweldige gastvrouw, die ons heel gastvrij ontving. De locatie is perfect: rustig en relaxed, ideaal om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Het strand ligt dichtbij, wat heerlijk is voor een wandeling of een ontspannen middag. Het huis zelf biedt veel ruimte en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De tv-kamer is perfect om ’s avonds gezellig samen te zitten, en de uitgebreide keuken nodigt uit om lekker zelf te koken. Ook de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was erg handig tijdens ons verblijf. De jacuzzi was absoluut een hoogtepunt — wat een luxe om zo te ontspannen onder de sterrenhemel! Alles bij elkaar was dit verblijf echt geweldig. We hebben genoten van de sfeer, de rust en de gastvrijheid. Zeker een plek om terug te komen!

Très bon séjour chez Michel et Martine. La maison est très agréable, propre et un très jolie jardin . Plusieurs sites historiques sont à proximité du logement. Nous avons passé un super week-end chez Virginie, les enfants ont profité de la nature, nous avons pu pêcher et faire une pause dans l'agitation de la ville, Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons logé dans une jolie maison, avec jaccuzzi, les hôtes étaient accueillant et la maison propre. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce petit coin reposant. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Top verblijf, schoon, goede uitrusting, comfortabel. Fijne buitenruimte en zwembad. Enige minpuntje is dat trap naar eerste en tweede verdieping niet geschikt is voor kleine kinderen en minder validen. Edouard gaf aan deze eerdaags te gaan vervangen.

Un cottage d’une grande beauté avec technologie (Tv, internet, jacuzzi) et rusticité (cheminée, colombage, nature)! Un endroit paisible et chaleureux. Du personnel disponible et très agréable, des l’arrivée et jusqu’au départ. C’est un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et dans lequel nous aurons beaucoup de plaisir à revenir!

Very quiet and relaxing countryside home, if you don’t mind the church bells, next door, tolling every hours and half hours. The house has been renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The hot water capacity is adequate (the majority of homes in France we stayed at allows for warm shower enough for one person, not this one) Régine is very sweet and quite accommodating. We felt at home, the moment we arrived at her property. Thank you Régine for sharing your gut with us.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique chez Deborah et Jean-Olivier. La maison est somptueuse, nichée à l’orée d’un parc merveilleux et accessible pour les hôtes, à 2 pas un immense verger où nos animaux ont pu se balader en toute sécurité. Jean-Olivier nous a fait découvrir de magnifiques chemins de randonnée à proximité. Nous avons fait une belle visite de la boutique qui se situe à 2 pas de la maison. Das Haus war perfekt – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt und Herz gearbeitet wird. Besonders praktisch: kostenlose Parkplätze direkt in der Nähe – und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Villers-sur-Mer ist ein charmantes, ruhiges Küstenstädtchen an der Côte Fleurie in der Normandie. Ideal zum Entspannen, Spazierengehen am Strand oder für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. In der Nähe liegen schöne Orte wie Deauville mit seinen eleganten Promenaden, Honfleur mit malerischem Hafenflair und Cabourg, das zum Schlendern und Genießen einlädt. Wir kommen gerne wieder – danke, Delphine, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

We had a nice relaxing stay at the gite. It is quite remote and not walkable to any restaurants or amenities. But it’s an easy drive to Omaha Beach, Bayeux, Utah Beach and Saint Mere Eglise so a great location for exploring Normandy. We enjoyed our visit to Normandy and loved sitting on the deck in the morning sunlight before our day.

Une jolie petite maison dans le centre-ville, proche commerces et restaurants. La plage est très proche également. Le logement est bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Grande douche. La petite chambre du haut a beaucoup plu aux enfants.

Merci beaucoup à Alice et Alexandra (son assistante sur place) pour tout ! Il y a eu un tout petit problème avec le robinet dans la cuisine, qui a été résolu très rapidement, même à une époque (le 1er Janvier) où il était difficile de trouver des hommes pour réparer le problème. Alice et Alexandra sont très accessibles et réactives ❤️ Cela a été résolu très rapidement (<24h). Fantastique! Un grand merci pour ce super séjour !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le logement de Julie et Philippe. Nous étions 2 familles. C’est une maison bien agencé, joliment décorée dans la campagne normande. Tout c’est très bien passé!! La maison est très bien placée par rapport aux plages du débarquement et de ses musées. Nous recommandons le logement de Julie et Philippe.

Celine spoiled us with great hospitality, a great location and the best French food we had on our entire 10 day trek through France. Easy access to the Normandy beaches and a quiet relaxing location to escape the hustle.

This was an amazing stay! Tony was very proactive from the beginning with helpful information and recommendations. The house is nestled in the countryside and would be hard to find were it not for Tony's very clear instructions illustrated with pictures to make sure we found it easily. The location is breathtaking, even in March when spring hadn't quite fruits way there yet. I'd love to return to see the blooms and fruit trees ripening. The surroundings were straight out of a storybook. The interior matched that effect. Rooms held decor featuring bunnies and florals in a true French country style that reminded me of childhood and tales of Peter Rabbit. We frequently saw wild rabbits nibbling the grass outside our windows. It was magical for our children. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more, even a play area with many toys, games and books. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and warm. There was heat & hot water. Highly recommend!

What a pearl on our journey. Caroline and Sarah are offering a well equipped house in an charming area of the Normandy. Stick to their recommendations and you get a wonderful glance at the region and you feel to get friends - they are lovely, arty people loving their site. We where impressed.

Beautiful home, very cozy, clean and lovely decor. Very spacious with everything you need. Has 2 sofas in living room with dining table. Great having two bathrooms and showers, also a bath. Has TV in first floor bedroom, further 2 bedrooms on third floor. Also Kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, was great having large wine glasses and cups. Has small conservatory area where you can sit and has a lovely outside raised decking with sun beds. Location is great, right next to restaurant, very quiet, did not hear any noise. More great restaurants near by and ideally situated to see all the sites. Good communication from host and good instructions for gaining access to the house, was someone there to meet us who showed us around. Had to ask a question to the host on first day and they were very responsive. Would definitely recommend this lovely house. Thank you Freddy for a lovely stay.

Mention spéciale pour ce logement atypique, unique. Un cottage à l'image des hôtes : chaleureux et accueillant. On s'y sent rapidement bien. Un petit écrin dans la campagne normande à 20 minutes des principaux sites touristiques (plages du débarquement, mémoriaux...). Nous recommandons vivement.

Très bien situé, facile de se déplacer pour les différents musées et à quelques minutes de marche du boardwalk le long de la mer. La maison rénovée avec qualité et le contenu répondant à nos besoins. Nous avons regretté ne pas avoir booké plus longtemps à cet endroit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce havre de paix, au milieu du calme de la nature et de quelques moutons dans le jardin à côté. Idéal pour se reposer et profiter du pays d’Auge. La maison était parfaite pour nous (couple avec 1 enfant). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de Brigitte. La maison est très bien localisée et permet de visiter l’ensemble de la région avec un minimum de déplacements.

Wir haben uns bei Véronique und Rémy sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese ruhige und gemütlich Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Sie sind als Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung war außerordentlich sauber und ist sinnvoll ausgestattet. Wir wussten vorher, dass sie etwas abseits liegt, wenn man aber Ausflüge nach Caen, an die Küste und in die malerische Suisse Normande machen möchte, liegt sie wunderbar. Das Anwesen ist wie ein kleiner Park, wundschön, ruhig und äußerst gepflegt. Wie würden jederzeit wieder bei Véronique und Rémy buchen.
