The fantastic surroundings offer plenty of variety for sports activities and sightseeing. Within walking distance (only 5 minutes): train station, Rupertus spa with swimming pool, spa park, spa facilities, theater and spa guest center Bad Reichenhall. (Neighboring accommodation "Edelweiss" for 2 more people.)

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)

Bus connections in all directions are 2 minutes from the house. It is about 15 km to the city center of Salzburg, 8 km to Salzburg Airport, 18 km to Berchtesgaden, 3 km to Bad Reichenhall.
