Across the street from Mt McSauba nature preserve trails for hiking, 5 minute walk to Lake MI dunes with a beautiful beach & a 2 minute walk to watch the sunset. 2 miles from downtown. Very cozy atmosphere with a fully equipped kitchen, bring your essential oils and relax in the jacuzzi tub, very comfortable beds, fold down couch and cot if needed , washer/dryer, relax by the wood fireplace Sept-May, Fire pit May-Sept

A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. Amazing fisherman's paradise. Burt lake access across the road & boat launch is just 1/2 mile away. Lots of parking. Lots of space inside to get ready for a day on the lake and for prepping family meals. This place is ideal for humble fishing families looking for a warm bed, hot shower, good meal, and a great time in the woods! We are off the beaten path, 15 minutes to town. We have high speed WiFi but the cell service can be spotty. Perfect place to turn off electronics & get away!
