It was good but we heard the upstair neighbors noises quite clearly

We, 2 couples, really enjoyed our previous stay (about 2 weeks before), so returned to John's place again for our final night in NY after a cruise. Water, tea, coffee, creamer and sugar are provided in a full kitchen . Although the apartment was small, it is homely, comfortably and immaculately kept. All towels and linens provided were very clean and plentiful. John allowed us to access the apartment early which was also great. We walked a few blocks and were able to purchase meals and fruits and do a bit of shopping. Thanks John for making our stay excellent.

Another great stay. Love the location, Close to markets for grocery shopping, and Dominick’s pizza across the street is a bonus. Would love to stay again in the future.

Risha’s place was great for our long weekend in Brooklyn visiting family. Risha and Josef were very friendly and helpful hosts. It’s a cozy space with the only sitting area being at the kitchen table, but that was fine as we came to NY to explore. The bed is comfy, and the view of the back courtyard is pleasant. Bathing in the clawfoot tub in the kitchen, rather than a typical shower made for a unique experience. Red Hook is an interesting neighborhood with a number of restaurants and breweries and easy access to Manhattan via the ferry. The Food Bazaar store is an easy walk if you need groceries and they have everything!

Location is great close to two subway stations. Considering nyc prices this is a great choice to be just outside manhattan since it’s super easy to get into the city. Place can get hot when it’s warm but fan helps. Lots of rules but just be an adult and nothing to worry about but you can tell that have had some dummies stay with them. They are super organized and it works well

Sable's space was great! I felt safe and there was more than enough room which is rare in NY apartments. Even though it was raining that weekend, having a little back patio was lovely. Definitely would stay here again.

Very easy to find, cozy apartment very close to lots of public transportation options. Veronica was very friendly, Desi was beyond adorable. I would definitely stay with Veronica again if I have the option to do so next time I need to go to NYC.

Edgar’s place is wonderful and his level of hospitality is excellent. He’s proactive and a fast communicator — always happy to help and ensure your commute to the stay is stress-free. The room is spacious and offers good amenities like an iron board and cozy comforters. You’ll also get a warm welcome from his cat, the friendliest cat ever. I definitely recommend this stay! You’ll be able to enjoy your NYC trip without a worry about your belongings. 🙂

Exceptional location, accommodating, and would highly recommend.

Such an amazing and comfortable spot right in the heart of jersey city! Ben and Janine were both super kind and hospitable hosts who made us feel at home from start to finish. The amenities were very thoughtful from laundry pods to bedside fans, and being on the basement floor made for much-needed cooler temps during the NJ summer. Highly recommend making this your home away from home if you’re ever in the area!

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

This amazing apartment screams VIEW and LOCATION! The apartment has sweeping views of Central Park with beautiful sunrises for you to enjoy. It is located within JW Marriott Essex House with a common entry and exit from the hotel. Breakfast and meals are available at the Marriott on paid-basis. It is located at the south entrance of Central Park, its a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 min walk to Times Square. Everything that you may possibly need in New York is located around you. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and is well equipped with essentials. The host along with his property manager, Luke, communicated very well and made our stay comfortable. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next day in NYC !!

Lindas apartment was just perfect for our NY holiday. Apartment was cosy, very clean and spacious, location also good and quite near subway. Linda is excellent host, kind and helpful.

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Our host Paula was extremely friendly and responsive. She responded to all my question and messages in a very timely manner, often within minutes. Everything was very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!

OMG BEST AIRBNB EVER. VERY CLOSET TO RESTAURANT AND STORES. SO BEAUTIFUL ON THE INSIDE. BATHROOM IS THE START OF THE SHOW. HAD STUFF THAT YOU DIDNT KNOW YOU NEEDED. EVERYTHING IS SO TECHY FOR THE PRICE YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND WAS SAD TO LEAVE.
