What a little piece of paradise! We loved everything about the yellow house by the water and will be back! The accommodations are beautiful and exceeded expectations and it is perfectly situated a few minutes from Digby on one side and less tgan half an hour from Annapolis Royal. We chose this location because it wasn’t far from Wolfville and Aylesford - I have family in both location. The accommodation was easy to get to and convenient. Eric and Jenny were responsive and helpful but we were out most of the time so I didn’t need much help. The place was clean and well kept and very well done. I stayed with my 4 boys and we were quite comfortable. The location had a great back lawn for my kids to run outside and play. Just a heads up if you’re travelling with kids in the summer months. There are no room darkening window coverings so you might want to bring your own. The place is beautiful with lots of light and windows so it’s pretty light in the place depending on when you’re going to bed. We would totally go back :)

This is our favorite place to stay in Alma for our annual visit to Fundy National Park. We’ve stayed at Greg’s place 4 times now. The location is perfect (just outside the park) and within walking distance to all of the local restaurants. Greg is very responsive and the house is super clean with everything you need. We’ll be back again next year!

we were in the area for work and didn't like the accommodations we originally had; luckily, we found this gem and decided to book it at the last minute for our last night, the hot tub was great. The place was spotless.I would definitely go back

Mike's place is only 8 minute away from Annapolis Royal — old charming cottage with its quirks, just as you should expect in that area. Excellent price for the area — the next price was at least three times the amount. Charming cottage with lots of books, magazines and board games, this cottage is comfortable and the owners are lovely, always ready to help and answer all of your questions.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jay's place. The sunsets are beautiful and it is a very calming place, inside and out. We definitely recommend staying here.

The Shanty was such a quiet and peaceful spot located near the seashore. Inside, the Shanty was super clean and the outside grounds were well kept. Restaurants and grocery stores were handy. This was an ideal spot to unwind and relax. Thank you Odette for sharing your Shanty with us - we enjoyed our stay.

Hands down the best AirBnb experience we've had! The place met every expectation we needed for a long-term stay, and Judy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. Timely responses to questions, proactively messaging us with important information about her place and the local area, and treating us like family are just a few of the reasons we hope to return soon. We won't stay anywhere else in the Sussex area so long as the Beehive is available. Thanks, Judy, we had a wonderful time and looking forward to seeing the Beehive again!

Julie’s place was excellent! A lovely welcome note, coffee and a few adult beverages to greet us - everything was perfect!! Julie set up the BBQ without prompting and made sure we had everything for a great family meal out on the deck ❤️ Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was very clean and modern, and the complimentary beers were a delicious bonus. Great location, walkable from everything downtown. And about 30 seconds away from the awesome Graystone brewery next door— but you would never know it given how quiet and private it was inside. Host was helpful and responsive when we had questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

Roy place was amazing! Fantastic view, quiet, cozy, private. All info about surroundings were left in the apartment. Very easy access to this place, and fridge was loaded with home made goodies. We absolutely loved our stay at the Cosy Studio. It is very nicely decorated and in the best location for all that Peggy’s Cove has to offer. We watched the sun set from the bedroom and sunrise from the kitchen. Nicole responded to our questions near instantly and we loved eating next door at the Sou’Wester.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Ludicrously good sunsets from the balcony, very well kitted out (and enormous) apartment. Tracey’s little touches with the welcome pack and very clear instructions made everything perfect.

Great spot, super unique. Perfect for a getaway not far from the beaten path.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent for attending a nearby conference and exploring downtown Halifax. The apartment is spacious and clean. Andrea was also great to communicate with and very accommodating.

Staying at Nancy’s place will always be one of the highlights of our 4 week holiday. Lovely bed linens, bathrobes(!) and plenty of soft towels were so nice to have. The apartment is very nicely appointed, with ample dishes, cookware cutlery and miscellaneous pantry goods. While St.John’s popular restaurants are less than 20 min walk away, it was wonderful option to be able to eat in. We enjoyed shopping at the wonderful St.John Market for fresh meats, seafood and produce. All were easy to prepare here. Nancy was so cheerful whenever we interacted by text. I’d happily stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

The location is perfect for anyone who loves to be near the town center. Unfortunately the weather didn’t give us a break to enjoy the waterfront yard. It was clean and the host was quick to respond. If you’re staying with young kids, be warned that there are stairs with no barrier at the top. We managed by blocking it with the chair and it was safe for my granddaughter. We paid premium, it would be nice to have a later check out to be able to enjoy an extra morning as the weather turned nice when we left, but we knew that before we booked. The second room is small, however the master bedroom was big enough for a crib. Overall, the place is good especially if the weather cooperates. You’ll enjoy the choices of restaurants nearby. I would recommend this for a family. 3- day stay was sufficient for us.

This was a wonderful place. Great location,very clean and very well equipped. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it. The view of the park was lovely. There were many nice small details like a cocktail set and doggie treats . We had a lovely experience.

We are from Australia and have stayed in apartments all around the world. This apartment was large, well decorated and spotlessly presented. It is an easy walk to some good restaurants, the waterfront and the markets. One of, if not the best, apartment we have stayed in.

We all enjoyed our stay at Erica’s! She was beyond accommodating to us for our itinerary of events for the night. It’s a very short drive to downtown Halifax! The property is exactly how described. Beautiful, spacious, well laid out. We felt very comfortable and it’s very quiet. The tiered patio is dreamy for entering and lovely background for capturing photos. I hope to stay again in the near future :)
