Vacation rentals with a patio in Bay of Fundy

Hands down the best AirBnb experience we've had! The place met every expectation we needed for a long-term stay, and Judy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. Timely responses to questions, proactively messaging us with important information about her place and the local area, and treating us like family are just a few of the reasons we hope to return soon. We won't stay anywhere else in the Sussex area so long as the Beehive is available. Thanks, Judy, we had a wonderful time and looking forward to seeing the Beehive again!

Roy place was amazing! Fantastic view, quiet, cozy, private. All info about surroundings were left in the apartment. Very easy access to this place, and fridge was loaded with home made goodies. Roy was taking care of us pretty good. All the time you feel like home. Roy, thanks for everything, you should be proud of your beautiful place….happy travellers…E&J

Absolutely gorgeous pristine property with a beautiful fire pit and seating area. Great little walking trail that surrounds the property and follows along a brook. The hosts had every light clearly labeled in the house for which was which this was great when your unfamiliar with the spot. The hosts had clear instructions posted on the door how to access the walking trail, how to start the BBQ, how to start the firepit. Although not beach weather during my stay the airbnb was equipped with beach chairs a cooler and beach toys and boogie boards for guest use and also was all Clearly labeled stating so. Bathroom had extra "if you forget" toiletries. Small coffee area fully stocked with small snacks and espresso machine with full stock of pods. Another great feature was the bedroom had a small rechargeable fan you could use as hand held or lay on your pillow if your a fan person I loved this. Definetly recommend this airbnb and the hosts 5*

Great airbnb! I stayed here for one night before flying out of the Halifax airport and it was perfect! Everything was super clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a relaxing peaceful night. Only a 10 minute drive to the airport. Cheng was super friendly and responsive. I have no complaints, I highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Darlene’s home. Great location if you plan to spend time at the harbour front. We were worried about finding parking but street parking right out front the building was always available and super convenient. If we return to Halifax we would stay here again!

Another GREAT stay at this 'sweet' suite. This space is top-notch. Suite is more like an apartment with all amenities, [e.g. dishwasher, full-size washer &dryer, stove/oven; microwave and full-size refrigerator. Residential neighbourhood is very quiet. Hosts go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.

There’s so much we liked about staying here, I don’t know where to begin. The place is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable as well as being conveniently located — in easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, and parks. The geometric-wood background framing the television with back lighting in the living room area is a showstopper and from there the number of eye-catching details are innumerable, from the the shelves of vintage radios to the collection of tiny porcelain birds in the main bathroom — and the deep soaking tub in the gorgeous bathroom off of the bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept deeply. Jenny was responsive to questions and is just a wonderful person. Very highly recommended!

The secret beach house was exactly as described and very comfortable. It is surrounded by beautiful beach and peaceful environment. The place has well stocked amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Courtenay is a very gracious host and was able to accommodate our special request. She was very kind to provide the option of early check and late check out. This airbnb has high quality amenities and furnishings throughout. Courtenay is very friendly and responsive. Watching the ducks run through the yard was a pleasure to watch. They are adorable. Would recommend the place to anyone looking for an amazing guest experience.

Absolutely gorgeous property! The pictures don’t do it enough justice. Hosts have thought of everything, so much attention to detail. It was a true luxury experience. Favourite airbnb to date. We were all sad to leave. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place and memory!

Another great stay. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need. The place is clean and welcoming with comfortable beds, lovely big bathrooms. But the best part of the stay are the evenings out on the deck watching the ever changing views across the Minas basin over to Cape Blomidon where the setting sun provides spectacular sunsets every evening and if you’re lucky you’ll catch sight of the bald eagles that live nearby

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to visit the surrounding area such as the local Wineries, Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove. At the end of the day, the log home was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunset on the lake. We made great memories this week. Thank you for sharing this beautiful log home with us.

This place took my breath away as soon as we pulled into the driveway. We fell asleep to the sounds of the waterfall outside. We watched from inside the cozy house as the Bay of Fundy overtook the beach below us during a downpour. We made pizza at midnight with ingredients we found at the Wolfville Farmer’s Market. It felt so peaceful and remote, but was still a 15min drive to great restaurants. There’s a Nordic spa literally a 5min drive down the road. Our hosts left instructions and recommendations for everything. We are so grateful to Melissa and Charles for sharing their home with us.

The Shanty was such a quiet and peaceful spot located near the seashore. Inside, the Shanty was super clean and the outside grounds were well kept. Restaurants and grocery stores were handy. This was an ideal spot to unwind and relax. Thank you Odette for sharing your Shanty with us - we enjoyed our stay.

The place was just as described - a beautiful grand house in a great location. Decor was awesome and the place had great amenities. We had everything we needed and more. Host was super helpful and responsive.

Staying at Nancy’s place will always be one of the highlights of our 4 week holiday. Lovely bed linens, bathrobes(!) and plenty of soft towels were so nice to have. The apartment is very nicely appointed, with ample dishes, cookware cutlery and miscellaneous pantry goods. While St.John’s popular restaurants are less than 20 min walk away, it was wonderful option to be able to eat in. We enjoyed shopping at the wonderful St.John Market for fresh meats, seafood and produce. All were easy to prepare here. Nancy was so cheerful whenever we interacted by text. I’d happily stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

Great views, lovely surroundings and complimentary snacks and bathroom products were much appreciated. Very quiet if the upstairs unit is not rented seperately. We would come again!

Wonderful location, and Angela is an excellent host! She was very responsive the entire time and made us feel very welcome and comfortable in her space. Next time we're in Halifax, we'll definitely book with Angela again!

This was a wonderful place. Great location,very clean and very well equipped. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it. The view of the park was lovely. There were many nice small details like a cocktail set and doggie treats . We had a lovely experience.

Beautiful oceanfront condo with lots of space and access to pool and private beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Emily’s beautiful place.Everything was perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better place to spend time in.The unit was spotless and well decorated and had lots of room.The view was fantastic and Emily was a great host!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a fantastic location that is within walking distance of the harbor, restaurants, and all the downtown sites we wanted to see. The parking garage was an added bonus. Sally communicated appropriately and responded quickly to messages.

Absolutely lovely stay. Secure ,spacious and beautiful views. Easy to walk to waterfront . Nice to have parking included , we did have a truck and required a little maneuvering to get in and out but all worked out. Highly recommend
