The space plays with different heights to offer varied cozy environments, very bright as it consists of 5 windows. From the living room you can enjoy views of the quiet and wooded pedestrian square. The house also has the amenities listed in the corresponding section, a microwave, a Tassimo capsule coffee maker, and a toaster. The refrigerator with freezer is located under the countertop. The bathroom also has a perineal shower next to the toilet for intimate cleaning. I'll be at the reception and farewell. The square's tranquility contrasts with the joy of the restaurants on Sopranis and Plocia streets, and the Town Hall. Throughout the Center of Cádiz there is a blue zone for parking. In some of them it is free in the afternoons and on holidays. In Av Astilleros and Av Bahía it is free, from there there is good public transport to get to the apartment, bus lines 2,3, 5.

Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.
