Vacation rentals with a patio in Bay Lake

This is an peaceful, thoughtfully designed, private, quiet top floor condo unit. The grounds of the property are stunning, adding to the relaxing feel. High-end appliances, tasteful lighting and decor, a soaking tub in the bedroom, and high ceilings create an airy, open space with gorgeous views of the water fountain, golf course, and colorful mansions in the distance. Filtered water from the fridge is ideal for guests who dislike the taste of Florida water. It was a pleasure to meander through the resort’s million dollar houses. The apartment feels like a luxury hotel suite, but has some hotel-like drawbacks. No laundry in-unit, no closet space just an Amazon basics portable rack in the open. There is also no patio furniture as pictured but balconies are rather narrow and best for standing anyways. There's room for improvement but overall a good stay at a discounted rate.

We had such a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — we were even able to check in a bit early, which was a huge help. The home was so inviting: zen music was playing when we walked in, it smelled amazing, and the AC was set to the perfect temperature — a blessing during those hot days. Michelle was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re a pretty easygoing family, and everything was so well-prepared that we really didn’t need to ask for much. The location is also super convenient — less than 10 minutes from Walmart for any quick grocery runs. The pool was great, especially for families with kids, and the space overall was peaceful and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Michelle was a fantastic host and truly made the experience feel special.

Rennata’s place was amazing and comfortable! It was very clean and everything look liked the photos if not better! She was very nice and I would stay here again! She makes you feel very welcomed and the house had plenty of covers to help you feel comfortable. Very nice for a family of 4. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. You don’t have to go way out to get food.

We had a phenomenal stay at the condo. The condo was plenty big for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. We spent most mornings sitting watching the sunrise and drinking coffee on the patio and the rest of the days hanging out by the huge pool. The condo itself is just minutes from Disney and from Universal. Highly recommend if you're not wanting to stay at the parks. Plenty of stuff to do other than theme parks as well. Shopping all over and everything you'd need is in close proximity. Our kids loved staying in the bunk beds and watching the fireworks at Epcot through their window at night.

Beautiful views from both balconies! Morning sunrises and Disney fireworks at night. Community pool was very clean and the tiki bar had yummy food and drinks for a reasonable price. Room was clean and beautifully decorated. Host is very attentive and communicative. We had an amazing time and will be back!

We spent two great weeks at Alex's place, a family of six. The house was very nice and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. We used the porch and the pool a lot as we loved to be outside in the warmth. Communication with Alex was smooth and he responded quickly. We highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Our party truly enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space and everything was clean. It's very close to Disney but felt remote at the end of the day. Would recommend. Hope to stay here again!

They were extremely friendly and responsive. The Airbnb felt even nicer than the photos. Quick and easy drive to Disney and local stores not far away.

Such an amazing place to be at if you’re looking to have the best vacation in Florida! Close to all amusement parks and entertainment and have all the restaurants just next door! The home was very homey and had everything you’d need and was very clean. Andrea was very helpful and responsive and I very much appreciate having a great host. And ooooh we loved the hot tub! We enjoyed our stay at Jimmy and Via’s place! It was the perfect size for our family and it had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated the privacy of the pool area and it was very quiet. We had definitely a great stay at Diogenes’s place. Very easy to find, quiet, peaceful lake view in the back and tons of sunlight in the apartment. We spent most of our nights on the balcony. Place is awesome would definitely stay again! Thank you Diogenes !!

Kathy's condo at Floridays Resort was perfect for our needs. We were only there 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove. The condo is close to Discovery Cove and Sea World as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. The interior is clean and there are plenty of linens and towels. There were paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, TP, etc. for 2-3 days. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum: dinnerware for 4, 1 pot, 1 skillet, 1 spatula, 1 serving spoon, 1 baking sheet, 1 baking dish, etc. It was adequate for our stay because we didn't do any real food preparation. If you plan on doing any serious cooking, you may want to bring your own cookware and knives. The resort grounds are tropical and beautifully landscaped. The outdoor hallways are looking a little tired and could use a good cleaning. There is a small pool fairly close by. The main pool and pool bar/shop, is on the opposite side of the resort so a decent walk.
