Vacation rentals with a patio in Bay Lake

The room was very clean and in a convenient location close to shops, food, and universal! My family had an amazing time and would definitely recommend 10/10

Encatanda is the perfect location for a Disney trip with the family. Location is close, price is excellent and there are surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and other entertainment. The unit we stayed in was well maintained with new carpet and a clean hot tub. The host provided basic necessities such as hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, snacks and more. The host for our stay was Michelle and she was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent from Michelle again.

Loved staying here! Avoided all Orlando Traffic coming in. This is a good spot. 20 minutes away from Disney parks. Great restaurants, and local areas to hang out! The host was amazing in the space was spotless, just as described

We were in Orlando on a business trip. Our convention was at the OCCC, and the location to the convention center was perfect! The condo was so spacious! It was extremely clean and we had everything we needed! We did call housekeeping for a few blankets and they brought them quickly. The only other thing we had to call for were TV remote batteries and they came and replaced them quickly as well! Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was amazing the place is really clean and just like the pictures posted. There were shops near the area and lots of things to do. Love the stay would definitely come back!

Beautiful views from both balconies! Morning sunrises and Disney fireworks at night. Community pool was very clean and the tiki bar had yummy food and drinks for a reasonable price. Room was clean and beautifully decorated. Host is very attentive and communicative. We had an amazing time and will be back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!!! The unit was perfect! It had everything that we needed for our 4 night stay and the kitchen allowed us to eat many of our meals in. The location was very convenient for our visits to the Disney parks and trips to Wal-Mart for groceries, etc. Kay was extremely responsive to messages and very easy to work with. We would for sure stay here again, and definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in the Kissimmee area!!! A much better value than any of the hotels we considered! Thank you Kay!!!

Truly a home away from home. Great vibes. Clean. Comfortable. My daughter absolutely loved it and wants to go back! Will be definitely booking again. Close to Disney World and Wal-Mart for groceries.

Our party truly enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space and everything was clean. It's very close to Disney but felt remote at the end of the day. Would recommend. Hope to stay here again!

We had such a great time staying at Randy’s place for a short family vacation to Disney! We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the space was PERFECT. Each of our girls had their own room and there were 2 pack-n-plays available for use. There were plenty of towels for using the plunge pool out back (which was pretty warm!) as well as showering. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to make dinner for 1 night and breakfasts on the go. Best of all, Disney was a pretty quick drive, as well as Publix and other stores we needed during our trip. GREAT value for the money for a small group! Randy was super nice and provided very helpful information. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! House was exactly like the pictures very comfortable and beautifully decorated, son loved the kids room and play area many games to keep him occupied. Spa and pool were great as well. Host Sophia was very responsive when we had questions and she proactively greeted us before our stay and allowed an earlier check in when house was ready

Chris was extremely responsive the place is amazing kids love it the site is just amazing, the BEDS are extremely comfortable and after long walks on the parks the sleep is really important and this site provide that besides all the amenities that also include as the games arcades, ETC

First and foremost, Ricardo was an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly understanding throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. As for the house, the photos simply don’t capture how stunning it is in person. The space was not only beautifully designed but also exceptionally spacious, offering both comfort and style in every room. Every detail exceeded our expectations. I genuinely can’t wait for the opportunity to return and experience it all over again.

We loved our stay! We were close to the parks and could come home and enjoy the hot tub after a long day of walking! We came in on a late flight - so it was also nice to be able to check-in late at night and it was super easy. There were lots of places to shop and eat close by. Home was clean and just like the pictures! Mariela gave great instructions and always responded really quickly. :) Would definitely stay here again.

Mike’s place was outstanding and so was the location, We were near Disney and other places. I had a concern and he solved it immediately. The house is very nice. One thing I liked was that we were a party of 10 , with 3 full bathrooms everyone was happy. The play room was perfect for the big and small. We had a very good time and definitely if I should go back to Kissimmee I will stay at Mike’s place. Thank you Mike.

We had a fantastic two-night stay! The condo was just what we needed for our family of four—clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The kids loved the pool, and the neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly. It was in a great location, close to parks and anything else we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything from check-in to check-out was super simple and convenient. We’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Our stay was great! The location is great just far enough away from the Disney craziness but close enough to get to it all easily. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The host Kathy was amazing. Very welcoming and helpful. We did have an issue (that was out of her control) but she handle it quickly and went above and beyond to make things better. The pool was fabulous! Plenty of chairs, beach towels provided and a great bar/restaurant onsite.

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.
