This luxury cottage is located at the start of many hiking trails, in a small hamlet in absolute calm, 3.5 km from the village.

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

LakeView 2 - Premium Annecy - Veyrier du lac

View Lake 2, apartment completely renovated in 2022, will offer you a magnificent view of Lake Annecy. Its south-facing balcony will allow you to fully enjoy it. Ideally located, you are a few meters from the beach. Opposite the apartment, a pontoon is accessible for your paddle boarding, canoeing... Close to Annecy and its pedestrian streets, which will amaze you with their life and beauty. A privileged environment between Lake Annecy and the Aravis Mountains.

Located between Mont Colombier and Dent de Pleuven, you will find many local producers, hiking departures as well as the snowy slopes of the Aillon-Margériaz 1400 resort, just 20 minutes by car. Ideal place to come and relax in peace, as a couple or family. Note: the garden is not accessible because it is under development.

This 35 m2 apartment accommodates 1–4 people, has a balcony (13 m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains & pool access
