Beautiful quiet apartment, completely new, cozy, with parking space in front of the accommodation. Facing south, you will have a pretty terrace and a private garden (mountain view), you will enjoy a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with separate toilet. You will be 45 minutes from the first ski resorts or Grenoble, and only 25 minutes from Chambéry and Albertville. Highway 5min away.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). This 30 m2 cottage, with tasteful decor, will welcome you in the commune of CHATELARD. It is fully equipped like at home with amenities included such as towels and sheets provided. Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).
